Abstract: An array substrate is disclosed. The array substrate may include a base substrate, gate lines and data lines intersecting the gate lines on the base substrate. The gate lines and the data lines may define a plurality of pixel regions. Each of at least some of the plurality of the pixel regions may be provided with an image sensor. The image sensor may include a sensitive element, a first electrode at one end of the sensitive element, and a second electrode at the other end of the sensitive element. The image sensor may be configured to sense light having image information.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method of fabricating an array substrate. The method includes forming a first conductive material layer on a base substrate; forming an insulating layer on a side of the first conductive material layer distal to the base substrate, the insulating layer formed to cover a first part of the first conductive material layer, exposing a second part of the first conductive material layer; over-etching the first conductive material layer to remove the second part of the first conductive material layer, and remove a portion of a periphery of the first part of the first conductive material layer to form a recess between the insulating layer and the base substrate, thereby forming a first electrode; and subsequent to forming the first electrode and the recess, annealing the insulating layer to mobilize a portion of the insulating layer above the recess and fill the recess with a mobilized insulating material.

Abstract: To construct a display substrate, a first metal connection part is formed on a first surface of a base substrate, extending to a first surface edge region, and a second metal connection part is formed on a second surface of the base substrate opposite to the first surface, extending to a second surface edge region. A flexible film formed on the first surface is patterned to expose a portion of the first surface edge region, aligned with the first metal connection part. A portion of the base substrate covered by the first surface edge region is removed. A portion of the flexible film in the first surface edge region is bent to cover at least a portion of a sidewall of the base substrate. A sidewall metal connection part is formed to electrically connect the first and second metal connection parts, and the flexible film is removed.

The manufacturing method includes: providing a light guide plate; forming a substrate having a plurality of micro structures; and placing the micro structures upside down on a light exit surface of the light guide plate; heating the light guide plate; adhering the tips of the micro structures to the light guide plate; cooling the light guide plate; and forming a first reflective layer on the side surface of each micro structure.

The invention relates to the display technology field, and can simplify the process for producing the transparent conductive layer, and reduce the production cost; the conductive composition comprises a modified epoxy acrylic resin, a polyurethane acrylic resin, a polyaniline, a photo initiator, a fluorine-containing acrylate monomer, and optionally a filler and an auxiliary agent; wherein, in terms of weight ratio, the modified epoxy acrylic resin comprises 15-30 parts; the polyurethane acrylic resin comprises 10-20 parts; the polyaniline comprises 15-30 parts; the photo initiator comprises 2-4 parts; the fluorine-containing acrylate monomer comprises 15-35 parts; the filler comprises 0-25 parts; and the auxiliary agent comprises 0-8 parts; the conductive composition is useful for producing a display device.

Abstract: The embodiments of this disclosure provide a luminescent complex, a luminescent material, a substrate for display and a production method thereof, and a display apparatus. It is possible to increase the dispersibility of the luminescent particles, such as quantum dots or the like in the main material of a color filter to solve problems, such as uneven light emission, low light emission efficiency or the like of a substrate for display comprising the luminescent particles, so as to further reduce the loss of the back light brightness. This luminescent complex comprises a luminescent particle; an organic ligand attached to the surface of the luminescent particle; group A in the structural formula of the organic ligand is a binding group which binds to the luminescent particle; and in the structural formula of the organic ligand, the carbon-carbon double bond which is attached to the X1 group, the X2 group and the X3 group may be subjected to a crosslinking reaction with a photosensitive resin under an exposure condition. This disclosure further provides a luminescent material which is used for the luminescent complex and comprises the luminescent complex, a substrate for display comprising this luminescent material, and a production method of a display apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a color photoresist and its use, a color film substrate, a display panel and a liquid crystal display, which pertains to the field of photosensitive materials. The color photoresist comprises a photoinitiator and QDs. The photoinitiator is a first photoinitiator containing no electron-rich group or a second photoinitiator containing an electron-rich group. The second photoinitiator comprises a conjugation structure, and the conjugation structure consists of the electron-rich group and an adjacent group of the electron-rich group. The color photoresist provided in embodiments of the present invention contains QDs which emit light normally. The color film substrate prepared by using the color photoresist has a high color gamut and can effectively improve the picture quality of the liquid crystal display.
