    摘要: An electronic component is provided with a substrate, a thin-film element layer provided on the substrate, first and second bump electrodes, provided on a surface of the thin-film element layer, and an insulator layer provided between the first bump electrode and the second bump electrode. The thin-film element layer contains a first spiral conductor which is a plane coil pattern. The first bump electrode is connected to an internal peripheral end of the first spiral conductor. The second bump electrode is connected to an external peripheral end of the first spiral conductor. Both of the first and second bump electrodes, have a first exposure surface exposed to a principal surface of the insulator layer and a second exposure surface exposed to an end face of the insulator layer.

    摘要: A CO2 recovery method and apparatus for desorbing and recovering carbon dioxide with low energy consumption from a gas discharged from a power generation plant having a boiler and a steam turbine. The adsorption and the desorption of carbon dioxide are performed alternately in two CO2 absorbers and located in a CO2 recovery apparatus, which each hold a carbon dioxide adsorbent. When carbon dioxide is desorbed, steam discharged from an outlet of a steam turbine of a power generation plant is partially branched before introduced into a condenser, and sent to a steam compressor. The partially branched steam is compressed in this compressor, and then sent to a cooling device. By cooling, the steam for desorption is prepared. The steam prepared in the cooling device is supplied into a CO2 absorber to desorb carbon dioxide. Accordingly, waste steam, before it is introduced into the condenser, is usable for desorption.

    摘要: A dehydrogenated fuel tank 32 which is replenished with an organic hydride-contained hydrogenated fuel and a gasoline tank 48 which is replenished with normal gasoline are provided. In order to separate the hydrogenated fuel into a hydrogen rich gas and dehydrogenation product, a dehydrogenation reactor 22 and a separator 40 are provided. The hydrogen rich gas flows into a hydrogen pipe 44 and is supplied into the intake pipe 12. A dehydrogenation product pipe 42 is provided with a flow separator 46. The dehydrogenation product is guided into the gasoline tank 48 until the mixed ratio of the dehydrogenation product reaches the maximum allowable ratio in the gasoline tank 48. Only if the ratio reaches the maximum allowable ratio, the dehydrogenation product is collected into a dehydrogenation product tank 50.

    摘要: An eccentric-shape machining apparatus as well as an eccentric-shape machining method are provided which can efficiently and accurately bore, contour or thread a workpiece about any position other than the rotational center of the workpiece. The workpiece is rotatably driven while controlling the rotational phase of the workpiece. A rotating tool spindle adapted to mount a cutting tool is rotatably driven while controlling the rotational phase of the rotating tool spindle. The rotating tool spindle is mounted on a cutting head which is controllably fed and positioned in Z-axis extending parallel to X-axis perpendicular to the axis of the rotating tool spindle. During one complete revolution of the workpiece, the rotational phases of the main spindle and rotating tool spindle and the movement of the cutting head in the X-axis direction are simultaneously controlled such that the cutting tool is brought into contact with the inner and outer peripheries of the workpiece by a given depth of cut. At the same time, the movement of the cutting head in the Z-axis direction is controlled. As well as the work rotation mode described above, the work oscillation mode can be carried out.

    摘要: A cylinder head for an engine is formed with a first straight intake passage which leads to a first intake port, and with a second helical intake passage which leads to a second intake port and is formed with a helical end vortex portion. A common intake passage leads to the upstream ends of the first and second intake passages. A dividing ridge extends from one side of the inner surface of the cylinder head defining the intake passages towards but not reaching an opposite side of that surface, with a gap being left beween the ridge summit portion and that opposite side. The ridge thus divides the second intake passage into a one side portion remote from the first intake passage and terminating in the helical end vortex portion, and another side portion towards that first intake passage which is a straight bypass passage and is communicated at its downstream end to that helical end vortex portion. The upstream end of the ridge is positioned substantially upstream of the point at which the common intake passage becomes bifurcated into the first and second intake passages. A control valve is fitted in the common intake passage between its wall and this upstream ridge end, so as to control the flow resistance of the first straight intake passage and the straight bypass passage. Optionally, the portion of the control valve on the ridge side of the cylinder head inner surface is substantially upstream of the portion thereof on the opposite side thereof.

A rotary valve is arranged in the bypass passage and is actuated by a vacuum-operated diaphragm apparatus.
