摘要: The invention relates to a seal arrangement for sealing off at least one radial interspace between at least one bearing ring which can rotate and at least one rotationally fixed bearing ring. The seal arrangement is provided with at least a first carrier, the first carrier carrying at least one resilient seal and being fixed to a rotationally fixed bearing ring, and a second carrier, the second carrier being fixed to the bearing ring that can rotate and carrying at least one encoder. The encoder has an outwardly oriented circumferential surface in the shape of a truncated circular cone.

摘要: An arrangement of a sensor on a wheel bearing unit, the sensor is fixed to an outer wheel bearing ring of the wheel bearing unit, and at the sensor is located opposite an encoder of the wheel bearing unit which encoder can rotate with respect to the sensor about an axis of rotation of the wheel bearing unit. The wheel bearing unit has at least a first row of roller bodies and has a second row of roller bodies which is adjacent to the first row in the axial direction of the axis of rotation. The bearing ring engages at the same time around at least one of the rows.

摘要: A wheel bearing flange with a periphery having axial extensions for the mounting of a flat annular brake disk thereon. An isolating connecting element between the axial extensions and the brake disk. The axial extensions have radially outwardly directed projections which engage in radially inward recesses with the interior of the brake disk. The connecting element elastically pre-loads the brake disk relative to the axial extensions to elastically compensate for displacements of the brake disk while driving.

摘要: A wheel bearing includes a roller bearing and a wheel flange is disposed around the bearing. The periphery of the wheel flange is profiled over approximately half its axial width with a peripheral locking receptacle in the form of a polygon or polyhedron shape for receiving a brake disk or brake drum thereon and for transmitting the torque between the brake disk or drum and the wheel flange. In addition, fastening bolts between the brake disk or drum and the wheel flange are received in holes in the wheel flange for holding the brake disk or drum to the wheel flange. But, the torque is transmitted due to the peripheral locking receptacle formed on the wheel flange.

摘要: Pressurized petroleum flows from a well into a turbine. The petroleum undergoes a pressure reduction in the turbine and then enters a separation chamber where it is separated into liquid and gaseous phases. The liquid phase is sent to a pump which serves to transfer the liquid phase to a station remote from the well. Similarly, the gaseous phase is directed to a compressor which functions to transfer the gaseous phase to a station remote from the well. The pump and the compressor are coupled to the turbine which uses the energy liberated by the petroleum during pressure reduction to drive the pump and the compressor.

摘要: A sinterable powder of zirconium dioxide and additives from the group of oxides consisting of titanium, tantalum, as well as optionally magnesium, aluminum, scandium, yttrium and rare earths, incorporated in the crystal lattice of the zirconium dioxide. The sinterable powder is obtained by coprecipitation of zirconium hydroxide and the hydroxides and/or hydrated oxides of the additives from an essentially aqueous solution, with drying and calcining. Hydrolysis-sensitive starting materials, such as, TiCl.sub.4, are used in the form of their reaction products with multivalent alcohols, such as, ethylene glycol.

摘要: A tapered roller bearing has an outer ring and an inner ring, a row of rollers between the rings and a cage or separator. The inner ring has spaced apart flanges or lips between which the rollers move. The cage includes an annular ring at the radially smaller side which has undulations circumferentially around that ring. The indulations have axially inwardly directed crests that rest against and are pretensioned to urge the rollers toward the other inner ring flange. The webs of the cage between neighboring rollers have radial projections which engage the flange at the radially smaller side of the bearing. The distance between the plane which passes through the axial end surfaces of those radial projections and the plane which is defined by the tips of the undulation crests against the ends of the rollers is slightly greater than the difference between the distance apart of the flanges and the length of the rollers between the flanges.

摘要: In order to keep at least part of the axial and tilting forces that act on a bearing away from the stub shaft supporting the bearing rollers, the inner ring of the bearing is constructed of two sections (2) (3) that support individual sets of ball bearings. The inner ring sections abut one another in a plane perpendicular to the bearing rotational axis. One of these inner ring sections (3) is force fitted on the stub shaft at the free end thereof and has a larger cross section than the other inner ring section (2). A necked-down bolt and mating closure nut, the latter being adjacent inner ring section (3), cooperate to maintain the other bearing elements assembled in operative relationship.

摘要: A solid window cage for a cylindrical roller bearing is provided. The pockets for the cylindrical rollers are defined between two axially spaced end rings and by circumferentially spaced apart webs which join the end rings. On each web facing into each pocket, a respective roller holding ledge is developed. The ledge extends in the circumferential direction of the cage into the respective pocket for preventing the roller from falling radially from the pocket. The ledge has an axially central section which projects in the circumferential direction of the cage further into the pocket, and the sides of the ledge adjacent the central section gradually decrease in height in the circumferential direction of the cage toward the end rings, giving the ledge an either dome or trapezoidal shape. The cage has undercuts extending radially through the cage at the transitions between the end rings and the webs.
