    摘要: A cavity back golf club head having a bridge member and a damping element is disclosed. The bridge member extends across a first rear cavity connecting a heel and a toe of the golf club head to control the trajectory of a golf ball. For the longer iron clubs, a damping element extends from the sole portion of the cavity back golf club head to the bridge member to define a second cavity to further influence the trajectory of the golf ball. For the shorter iron clubs, the damping element extends from the top portion of the cavity back golf club head to the bridge member. The damping element may reduce the vibration and sound of the golf club head upon impact with a golf ball.

In this way, it is possible to form a sufficiently thick silicide layer even on a narrow line width diffusion layer.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing an integrated circuit, wherein, before providing an IC composite by forming a metal film on an IC assembly which includes a semiconductor substrate and a silicon part formed along the substrate and consisting essentially of silicon, an amorphous region is formed into the silicon part. The IC composite is subjected to first primary and secondary heat treatments in a nitrogen atmosphere and then to a second heat treatment at 600.degree.-700.degree. C., 700.degree.-900.degree. C., and 700.degree.-900.degree. C. to turn the metal film on the silicon part into a metal silicide film of excellent uniformity. The assembly has a silicon dioxide portion, on which the metal film is turned during the first primary and secondary heat treatments into a metal nitride film. The second heat treatment is carried out after the removal of the metal nitride film.

By such a need forecast starting of the pump, the brake system can automatically apply an effective braking to a vehicle wheel or wheels, with no accumulator for storing the pressurized working fluid.     摘要: A hydraulic pressure control valve for a dual-circuit brake system of a vehicle. In this control valve a pair of valve pistons for controlling the braking hydraulic pressure delivered to each of rear wheel brakes are disposed in a housing parallelly and imparted with biasing force directed inwards of the housing by one biasing device. The biasing device is assembled or set within a cover of cup-shape such that the biasing device has been given a preload substantially equal to a biasing force necessary for the control valve before the cover is fixed to the valve housing. The biasing device includes a swingable guide rod attached at one end thereof to the cover with a pivot pin, a sliding member slidably fitted on the guide rod, and a compression spring disposed between the sliding member and a free end of the guide rod for biasing the sliding member toward the pivoted end of the guide rod. The guide rod is provided with a projection for stopping axial movement of the sliding member due to the biasing force of the spring. When the cover is attached to the valve housing the sliding member abuts on ends of the valve pistons and consequently is separated from the projection for transmitting the biasing force of the spring to the valve pistons.
