摘要: A photosensitive laminate film for forming a top plate portion, which is suitably used for efficiently and inexpensively forming various precision fine spaces, particularly the precision fine spaces formed in an electronic part such as inkjet head, and a method of forming the precision fine space using the photosensitive laminate film are provided. As the photosensitive laminate film for forming the top plate portion of the precision fine space, which constitutes the top plate portion of the precision fine space by being placed on the precision minute concave portion so as to cover an upper opening followed by being cured, a laminate film providing at least the photosensitive composition layer and the transparent support film is used. The transparent support film supports the photosensitive composition layer as well as prevents the photosensitive composition layer from being deformed upon curing.

摘要: A physical quantity sensor includes a support substrate, anchor portions fixed to a top surface of the support substrate, a movable portion positioned above the support substrate and supported by the anchor portions with support portions provided therebetween such that the movable portion is movable in a height direction, and detection portions for detecting a displacement of the movable portion. The support portions include beam portions provided between the movable portion and the anchor portions such that spring portions are provided between the beam portions and each of the movable portion and the anchor portions, the beam portions having a rigidity higher than a rigidity of the spring portions. The movable portion translates in the height direction owing to twisting of the spring portions and displacements in the height direction of distal ends of the beam portions, the movable portion being supported at the distal end.

摘要: A rotation detecting device includes a plurality of magnetic encoders disposed coaxially and having respective numbers of magnetic poles different from each other and a plurality of magnetic sensors for detecting respective magnetic fields emanating from those magnetic encoders. Each of the magnetic sensors is in a ring form and obtains the position information within the magnetic poles of the associated magnetic encoder. A phase difference detector determines the difference in phase between magnetic field signals detected respectively by the magnetic sensors. An angle calculator is provided, which is operable on the basis of the difference in phase so detected to calculate an absolute angle of each of the magnetic encoders. A corrector corrects the initial phase difference occurring in the magnetic field signals, detected respectively by the magnetic sensors, as a result of the fitting position of the magnetic encoders.

A liquid supply container 1 includes: a liquid reservoir 10 that changes its shape in accordance with the amount of liquid contained therein; and a liquid supply section 30 provided in the liquid reservoir 10 to supply the liquid to a liquid acceptor 50. The liquid supply section 30 includes: a liquid supply path 16 that supplies the liquid to the liquid acceptor 50; and an exposed surface 20 that defines a liquid reservoir 10-side end in the liquid supply path 16 and is exposed to the inner space of the liquid reservoir 10. The exposed surface 20 is provided with a recess capable of forming a flow path in which the liquid flows from the outer circumference of the exposed surface 20 to the liquid supply path 16. Also, a liquid supply container 2 has a recess or protrusion on the inner surface of the liquid reservoir 10, the recess or protrusion being capable of forming a flow path in which the liquid flows to the liquid supply path 16.
