    摘要： Processes for making light to current converter devices are provided. The processes can be used to make light to current converter devices having P-N junctions located on only the top surface of the cell, located on the top surface and symmetrically or asymmetrically along a portion of the inner surface of the via holes, located on the top surface and full inner surface of the via holes, or located on the top surface, full inner surface of the via holes, and a portion of the bottom surface of the cell. The processes may isolate the desired P-N junction by etching the emitter, forming a via hole after forming the emitter, using a barrier layer to protect portions of the emitter from etching, or using a barrier layer to prevent the emitter from being formed on portions of the substrate.

    摘要： Disclosed is a method for handling fault between an Egress LSR and an Egress data device connected with it, including the following steps: an Egress Label Switching Router (LSR) transmitting fault information to an Ingress LSR after detecting a fault of an Egress Work link connected with it; the Ingress LSR adjusting a service flow transmission according to the received fault information. When there exists an Egress Protect link in the network, the present invention can transmit the service flow through the Egress Protect link, thus it is guaranteed that the service flow can be transmitted to the Egress data device; and the service flow is not transmitted when there is no Egress Protect link in the network, thus the waste of network resources is avoided.

    摘要： Architecture is disclosed herewith for minimizing an empirical error rate by discriminative adaptation of a statistical language model in a dictation and/or dialog application. The architecture allows assignment of an improved weighting value to each term or phrase to reduce empirical error. Empirical errors are minimized whether a user provides correction results or not based on criteria for discriminatively adapting the user language model (LM)/context-free grammar (CFG) to the target. Moreover, algorithms are provided for the training and adaptation processes of LM/CFG parameters for criteria optimization.
