    摘要： The invention relates to a vehicle brake system having a service brake system and a parking brake system. A vehicle brake system is formed from a service brake system and a parking brake system. The service brake system can be activated by the driver by means of an operator control element, a service brake pedal. When the service brake is activated, application elements of the service brake are applied so that a braking effect is generated. Furthermore, an evaluation unit is provided. The evaluation unit is supplied with information about the activation of the service brake and with at least one further item of information. Under appropriate conditions, the parking brake system is activated by the evaluation unit in order to immobilize the vehicle by means of the parking brake. For this purpose, application elements of the service brake system are held in their applied position by a locking element until they are released, without further activation of an activation means and without further supply of energy. Furthermore, an activation means which is independent of the evaluation unit is provided for activating the parking brake system.

    摘要： A portable telephone answering device which fits over the cradle of a telephone handset and receives the handset with a speaker adjacent the handset microphone and a microphone adjacent the handset speaker. An outgoing message can be recorded on one track of a multi-channel loop of tape. When ringing is detected, the telephone plungers are released and the outgoing message played. Next the unit records an incoming message on another track. A metallic splice on the loop serves as a reference. The number of channels on which an incoming message has been recorded are counted and the count incremented only if audio signals are detected indicating a message was left.

    摘要： A method for producing a single crystal of semiconductor material having material properties of a zone-pulled single crystal includes providing a vessel transmissive to high frequency magnetic fields and having a granulate of a granular semiconductor material disposed therein and a first conductor disposed externally thereto. A high frequency current is supplied to a planar inductor disposed above the vessel, the planar inductor having a turn and a slit as a current supply so as to produce an open melt lake on the granulate by a temperature field at a surface of the granulate produced by thermal power of the planar inductor and a heating action of the first inductor, the melt lake being embedded in unmelted material of the granular semiconductor material and not being in contact with a wall of the vessel. A single crystal is pulled form the melt lake of the semiconductor material upwards.
