摘要: In a vehicle brake system, which starts an engine-for recovering a brake negative pressure of a servo unit connected to an intake pathway of the engine, a valve opening of a throttle valve of the engine is controlled in an opening direction when the engine is started for recovering the brake negative pressure during running. It is desired that recovery control of the brake negative pressure by valve opening control of the throttle valve is performed during brake pressing operation by a driver.

摘要: A train control system that does not allow running by erroneously receiving a signal of a further preceding train toward the front, nor permits a following train approaching another train beyond an allowable range. The system includes an existing signal system controlling running of a preceding train and a following train based on transmission signals from existing signal transmission devices, an inter-train communications system controlling running of the following train by an inter-train communications transmission signal received from the preceding train, and a train-ID transmission/reception system that detects, using a ground-based train-ID transmission/reception device, passing of the preceding train and also acquires train information of the preceding train, and that then detects passing of the following train and also transmits the train information to the following train, thereby controlling the running of the following train utilizing either one of the existing signal system and the inter-train communications system by changing over therebetween based on the train information.

摘要: A next station state estimating unit estimates a preceding train position from information about a stop track circuit of a current train and from a signal aspect table. It estimates the time, at which the preceding train exits the next station and brake pattern before the station is canceled, from information about the preceding train position, from information about the occupied track circuit on which the current train is present and related information between track circuits and a station and information about occupied duration of the station, which are retained in a track database, and from a history of the preceding train position retained in a history retaining unit. The time estimated is sent to a driver's cab by a communication unit.

摘要: In a cluster type NAS, it is necessary to copy file data between disk devices of servers upon migration of a file system or a part of the file system. A server includes a control table for managing a file system or a part of the file system, and a mapping table for managing a relation between a logical device of a disk subsystem and a logical unit recognized by a server, and in response to an instruction to execute migration of the file system from a first server to a second server, the mapping table is referenced to send an instruction to update the relation between the logical device and the logical unit to the second server, and the second server newly recognizes a logical unit and updates a management server identifier of the control table.

摘要: A mobile device comprises a pointing device 11 for receiving an input of a moving direction from a user, an acceleration detection unit 14 for detecting an acceleration caused by a fluctuation, and a correction unit 16 for correcting the moving direction vector inputted from the pointing device 11 by subtracting a vector on the acceleration detected by the acceleration detection unit 14 from a vector as inputted from the pointing device 11 on the moving direction. The mobile device can be ensured in mobility, even in case an abrupt fluctuation occurs at an inputting work during a movement using a transit system accompanied by fluctuations, while preventing any erroneous operation.

摘要: A magnetic detector includes a detecting section having a surface facing a magnetic body which moves and emits a magnetic flux. The detecting section includes plural magnetic sensors for detecting the magnetic flux. The magnetic sensors are arranged in a matrix form having three or more rows and three or more columns arranged along the surface of the detecting section. The magnetic detector provides an input device precisely detecting a moving direction and a moving amount of the magnetic body.
