摘要： A projector includes a screen which has color stripes that are periodically arranged and that generate visible light corresponding to incident light. A laser light source section emits a light beam. A laser scanning section scans the light beam on a region of the color stripes arranged on the screen. A light detection section detects feedback light radiated from the screen corresponding to the light beam. A control section adjusts a light emission timing and a light emission period of the laser light source section based on a detection result of the light detection section and causes the laser light source section to emit the light beam such that light pulses enter the individual color stripes.

摘要： An optical switch includes electro-optic crystal, and electrode unit including a plurality of electrodes arranged on the same plane in electro-optic crystal to extend in parallel to one another. A refractive index of a part of electro-optic crystal is changed by an electric field generated at electrode unit, thereby switching transmission and reflection of light incident on electro-optic crystal. Electro-optic crystal has an entrance surface through which light enters and an exit surface from which light exits. Electrode unit is located between the entrance surface and the exit surface. An angle θx formed between a longitudinal direction of electrodes and at least one surface from among the entrance surface and the exit surface is set near an angle that satisfies the expression θx=90°−Sin−1[ cos(Tan−1(n))] in a wavelength of light to be modulated.

摘要： In a semiconductor storage apparatus, an internal address generation unit generates, when receiving successive first and second external addresses, from the second external address an internal address for selecting any of the memory cells connected to bit lines and word lines except the bit line and word line connected to a memory cell to be selected according to the first external address. When receiving the successive external addresses, a memory cell connected to the same bit line and word line is not continuously selected, and erroneous readout due to rewriting of a value of the memory cell in a non-selected state is suppressed.

An extending portion is formed on one of the second lens array and the polarization converter in a manner extending toward the other one of the second lens array and the polarization converter, the second lens array and the polarization converter bonded and fixed to each other by bonding and fixing the extending portion to the other one.
