摘要: An apparatus for and a method of judging a dotted image area using a small-capacity memory. Image data corresponding to one line out of image data representing an original image are stored in a line memory. On the line corresponding to the image data stored in the line memory, a target pixel is successively set along the main scanning direction. Image data corresponding to the target pixel is compared with image data corresponding to pixels around the target pixel. It is judged whether or not the target pixel is a peculiar point pixel on the basis of the result of the comparison. Further, the distance between peculiar point pixels is operated. The operated distance between the peculiar point pixels is referred to a predetermined judgment basis, to judge whether or not a judging area including the finite number of pixels is a dotted image area.

摘要: A skew processing circuit 33 includes two line buffers, a skew processing type line buffer 331 and an original type line buffer 332, and a write/read control circuit 333 for controlling the two line buffers. The write/read control circuit 333 is a control circuit for writing a given image data in the line buffers 331, 332 in single lines and selectively reading the data written in the two line buffers 331, 332. When an image data is written in the original type line buffer 332, addressed are sequentially written from the head address 0. On the other hand, when the image data is written in the skew processing type line buffer 331, a write start address RH0 is determined in correspondence with a skew angle, and the write start address RH0 is shifted in each line to discard the head portion of the image data by specified dots (specified addresses). Thus, by controlling the writing of data in the two line buffers 331, 332 and reading data from them, an image in an arbitrary area can be processed into the skew with an arbitrary angle.

摘要: An automatic document conveying device for use with an image processing machine having a transparent plate on which to place documents. The device includes an opening-closing frame and a document table. A conveyor roller is rotatably mounted in the opening-closing frame. A document delivery device is provided for delivering sheet-like documents from the document table. The document delivered from the document table is introduced into a required position on the transparent plate by the conveyor roller. The rotation of the conveyor roller in the introducing direction is stopped while the introduced document is still between the conveyor roller and the transparent plate. A guiding device which permits advance of the document from the document table to the transparent plate but hampers movement of the document from the transparent plate toward the document table and defects it upwardly, is provided between the document table and the conveyor roller. When the conveyor roller is rotated in the carrying direction, the document on the transparent plate is deflected upwardly by the guiding device and discharged through a discharge opening formed in the opening-closing frame.

摘要: A parts assembly method and a device which utilizes this method, in which the structure for receiving parts member for assembly is set in prescribed attitudes, and the parts are automatically assembled in that member by assembly from a fixed direction, so that an automatic device having simple movements can be mainly used. The structure member being assembled can be set in an optional direction in which conditions are more suitable for the assembly. There is no increase in cost, and the parts are reliably and automatically assembled into the receiving member.

摘要: An electronic self-study device in which problems are randomly generated comprises input keys by means of which a user inputs an answer to a displayed problem, and a review key which is depressed by a user to again display a problem incorrectly answered by the user. The device includes a judging means which judges whether or not the answer inputted by the user is correct, and a problem storing means is responsive to the judging means for storing a problem to which a wrong answer has been inputted. Further provided is a problem read-out control device which is responsive to operation of the reviewing key for causing the problem to which an incorrect answer was given to again be displayed so that the user may again answer the problem to which an incorrect answer has been given. According to a further aspect of the invention, a plurality of problems is displayed and, responsive to operation of the reviewing key, the incorrectly answered problems are sequentially read out of the problem storing means so that the user can again answer the incorrectly solved problem.

摘要: An image forming method, device and a recording agent for forming an image through subtractive color mixing by using ink of plural color components different in hue. The ink is created by mixing a first coloring agent expressing one of the color components and a second coloring agent identical in hue to the first coloring agent. The ink has a higher spectral reflectance than a spectral reflectance of the first coloring agent.

摘要: An apparatus and method for color image adjustment which ensure proper saturation adjustment by a simple process. Color image data for three primary colors are adjusted so that the sum of the color image data for the three primary colors is kept unchanged before and after the adjustment. Thus, the saturation adjustment can be achieved without a change in the brightness of an image.
