    摘要: In a multiple computer system in which a plurality of computer stations are connected for mutual data transfer via a common data bus, at least one computer station is provided with a fail safe facility which prevents disruption of the entire system due to malfunction of the computer station. The computer is preprogrammed to perform an input/output circuit diagnosis routine after power-up and before control program execution which causes the input/output circuit to output a coded pulse train signal. An abnormality detection circuit receives the coded pulse signal, converts it to a parallel-bit word, and compares the derived word to a stored, predetermined word. If the words match, the detection circuit causes a switching circuit to connect the computer to the common data bus; otherwise, the computer remains disconnected from the rest of the multiple computer system.

The optical scanner includes a mirror portion having a base plate portion, and a reflective portion which is adhered to a surface of the base plate portion; and a torsion beam portion which is connected to the mirror portion, made of a same material as the base plate portion and integrally formed with the base plate portion, and which is configured to be torsionally vibrated. The reflective portion includes a reinforcement portion and a reflective surface. The reinforcement portion is made of material having a density lower than that of the base plate portion and a Young's modulus greater than that of the base plate portion. The reflective surface is formed on a surface of the reinforcement portion and is configured to reflect the incident light.

The optical scanner includes: a movable portion having a mirror portion, and a first driving portion which is configured to oscillate the mirror portion around a first axis; a second driving portion which is configured to oscillate the movable portion around a second axis perpendicular to the first axis; and a driving controller which is configured to drive the first driving portion in a first driving method and is configured to drive the second driving portion in a second driving method different from the first driving method. While the first driving portion oscillates the mirror portion around the first axis, the second driving portion oscillates the movable portion around the second axis, so that the mirror portion reflects a beam of light incident to the mirror portion such that the two-dimensional optical scanner performs a two-dimensional scanning.

The same face in each component of the crown portion, sole portion and the like in the body portion is welded to the face portion having a strike surface by combining metal plates having different rigidity or strength. For example, the face portion on the crown portion or the sole portion is formed of a titan alloy having high rigidity or strength, and other components are formed of pure titan. By disposing such metal plates having different rigidity or strength in one component in this manner, the repulsion area on the face portion can be enlarged, and the traveling distance obtained by hitting a ball can be increased.
