摘要:
A segment is coupled to another segment in the circumferential and longitudinal directions to assemble a rehabilitating pipe for rehabilitating an existing pipe. The segment is provided with a recessed part in a coupling surface in the longitudinal direction at a portion that is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the existing pipe when the rehabilitating pipe is laid inside the existing pipe. When the segments are coupled in the longitudinal direction of the rehabilitating pipe, the recessed part forms a gap between the coupling surfaces to provide a space for accommodating waste existing on the bottom surface of the existing pipe, thus enabling the coupling work in the longitudinal direction to be performed simply and in a short period of time because it is unnecessary to remove the waste.

A rehabilitating pipe is assembled inside an existing pipe using segments to repair the existing pipe. A coupling member is inserted through a segment when it is coupled in the longitudinal direction to another segment coupled already, and the coupling member is joined to the coupling member of another segment already coupled. During joining the segment is clamped against another segment and both the segments are coupled in the longitudinal direction. Such steps are repeated to couple other segments to segments already coupled until the rehabilitating pipe is laid to a predetermined length.

A lateral pipe-lining method for lining a lateral pipe that intersects a main pipe. A lateral pipe-lining material has a tubular resin-absorbing material impregnated with a curable resin and has a flange formed at one end thereof. The flange is disposed on an expandable flange-pressing implement. The expandable flange-pressing implement is expanded using a heat medium that is supplied by a first fluid source and that heats the flange of the lateral pipe-lining material to bring the flange into contact with a periphery of a lateral pipe opening of the main pipe. The lateral pipe-lining material is inserted into the lateral pipe using a fluid from a second fluid source different from the first fluid source, and the curable resin impregnated in the tubular resin-absorbing material is cured to line the lateral pipe.

A lining material has a flexible tubular lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin and having first and second sides. A first elastic and rigid strip member is removably attached to the first side of the flexible tubular lining material so as to extend along a substantially entire length of the flexible tubular lining material. A second elastic and rigid strip member is removably attached to the second side of the flexible tubular lining material so as to extend along the substantially entire length of the flexible tubular lining material. A third elastic and rigid strip member is attached to one end of the flexible tubular lining material and to the first and second elastic and rigid strip members.

A rehabilitating pipe for repairing an existing pipe has pipe units that are mutually coupled in a longitudinal direction of the existing pipe. Each of the pipe units has segments that are mutually coupled in a circumferential direction of the existing pipe. Each of the segments has an inner-surface plate and an outer-wall plate extending vertically from and around an entire perimeter of the inner-surface plate. The outer-wall plate has lateral plates extending along a longitudinal direction of the inner-surface plate and end plates connected between the respective lateral plates. Connecting members couple the segments together in the circumferential direction to assemble the pipe unit. A restraining member is attached to and encircles an outer circumference of the assembled pipe unit to restrain the pipe unit.

In a pipeline lining method, a tubular lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is inserted in an everted state into a pipeline and expanded and pressed against an inner peripheral surface of the pipeline. A vapor mist and water at normal temperature are sprayed toward the tubular lining material and mixed together to cool the vapor mist. The cooled vapor mist is directed onto the tubular lining material to cure the thermosetting resin impregnated in the tubular lining material to line the pipeline with the tubular lining material.

A method is proposed for manufacturing a pipe-lining material comprising a tubular resin absorbent material covered with a tube comprised of an airtight plastic film. The tubular resin absorbent material is inserted into the tube, expanded in a columnar shape, and brought into close contact with the internal peripheral surface of the tube. A heater is wound in close contact with the external peripheral surface of the tube thus expanded. The tube and the tubular resin absorbent material are heated by energizing the heater, and the tube is thereby heat-fused to the tubular resin absorbent material. With such a method, a mechanism for moving the tube and the tubular resin absorbent material is not required. In addition, since heat non-uniformities are not generated, the tube can be uniformly heat-fused to the tubular resin absorbent material, thereby enabling a high-quality pipe-lining material to be manufactured.

A linking tool links segments for a rehabilitating pipe for rehabilitating an existing pipeline. The segment is integrally formed at least from an internal surface plate that constitutes the inner circumferential surface of the rehabilitating pipe, and side plates that have an insertion hole formed thereon and are disposed on both sides of the internal surface plate so as to extend in the circumferential direction of the rehabilitating pipe. The linking tool includes a tubular linking pin that is separable into pin halves and can be inserted into the insertion hole in the side plate of a first segment with a part of the linking pin remaining outside the first segment. The linking tool further includes a separating pin that can be inserted into the linking pin to separate the linking pin into the pin halves and press them against the first segment for anchoring thereto. The pin halves remaining outside the first segment are snap-fitted into a second segment through the insertion hole of the side plate thereof, thereby linking the first and second segments in the longitudinal direction of the rehabilitating pipe. Such a linking tool allows the segments to be efficiently linked in a short period of time

An apparatus for everting a pipe-lining material for rehabilitating an existing pipe. The apparatus has a storage container for storing a pipe-lining material in an un-everted state, an eversion nozzle for everting the pipe-lining material, and a mounting pipe for removable connection between the storage container and the eversion nozzle. The everting nozzle has a nozzle opening to which the un-everted pipe-lining material is attached and which confronts an opening of the pipeline to be rehabilitated during use of the apparatus. The mounting pipe has an exterior surface, an interior space, a side portion provided with at least one opening communicating the exterior surface with the interior space, and an upper portion with an open end through which the un-everted pipe-lining material is inserted for attachment to the nozzle opening of the eversion nozzle.
摘要:
There is provided a pipe lining method wherein a lateral pipe lining material and a main pipe lining material are securely joined. After a lateral pipe has been lined, a start liner is applied to the main pipe and a main pipe lining material is then inserted. A heating wire for melting the start liner is mounted on a surface of a flange of the lateral pipe lining material during or after lining of the lateral pipe. While the main pipe is being lined, the heating wire is heated to melt the start liner existing between the flange of the lateral pipe lining material and the main pipe lining material. When the resin in the main pipe lining material is cured, the main pipe lining material and flange of the lateral pipe lining material are integrated. This allows the lateral pipe lining material and main pipe lining material to be reliably joined.
