The color graphic image processing system then compresses the encoded data for storage in a storage data device and then the system transmits the stored data for conversion into specific data signals suited for an output device. The system then delivers complete picture signals to the output device.

This screening method is a method of very efficiently selecting anti-cancer drugs and the like.
