摘要: A novel gas laser apparatus is disclosed, which comprises a hermetic container with a gas laser medium sealed therein, a plurality of main discharge electrodes arranged in the hermetic container for causing the main discharge in the gas laser medium thereby to generate a laser beam, and a device for subjecting the discharge space between the main discharge electrodes to preionization over a wide range thereof before the main discharge by use of a reflected laser beam or an ultraviolet ray lamp.

摘要: A polyamide resin composition is described, which is characterized by blending a polyamide resin with a composition (A) comprising (i) either polyamide-rubber copolymer or polyolefin resin, and (ii) a tackiness providing resin wherein either said polyamide-rubber copolymer or the polyolefin resin is from 80 to 20% by weight based on the composition (A), and the tackiness providing resin is from 20 to 80% by weight based on the composition (A).

摘要: A polyamide-rubber blend composition is disclosed. The composition is prepared by mixing the following components (a) and (b) under heating in the presence of a crosslinking agent.(a) 70 to 40 vol % of a rubber composition made of 5 to 40 vol % of an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber and 95 to 50 vol % of an epichlorohydrin rubber; and(b) 30 to 60 vol % of a polyamide resin, the gel fraction of the rubber composition (a) in the blend composition is at least 70 wt %.The acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber of the composition preferably contains not less than 1.5 wt % of a carboxyl group in the polymer.

摘要: A gas laser generating device of the longitudinal gas flow type having at least two glow discharge tubes, each of which has positive and negative electrodes, electric insulating tubes which are inserted between the two glow discharge tubes in order to provide insulation therebetween, and mirrors which are positioned at the ends of the two glow discharge tubes. In the glow discharge tubes, gas is excited to generate gas lasing and this gas lasing is amplified by the reflections of the mirros. Also, there are further provided triggering electrodes near either the negative or positive electrodes of the glow discharge tubes, respectively, which triggering electrodes are connected to the positive electrodes through triggering resistors, respectively.

摘要: An electromagnetic induction type absolute position measuring encoder having two or more rows of scale coils, each of the rows having a scale pitch different from that of another row; a transmitter coil and a receiver coil arranged on a grid that is movable relative to the scale in the measuring direction so as to face the scale coils; and the track is constituted by the scale coils, the transmitter coil and the receiver coil. The encoder is capable of measuring an absolute position of the grid with respect to the scale from a flux change detected at the receiver coil via the scale coils when the transmitter coil is excited, in which at least one loop-shaped additional scale coil is added between the scale coils in at least one of the tracks.

摘要: A method of producing an electronic unit in which components are housed in a case and molded with resin, wherein an opening portion of the case housing the components of the unit is closed by a lid plate, the resin is poured into the case through the hole provided in the lid plate to fill the case with the resin while allowing air to be exhausted through a hole provided in a bottom wall portion of the case, with the lid plate of the case directed downward, then the resin in the case is discharged to the outside through the hole provided in the lid plate, and thus a resin mold layer that continuously covers entire surfaces of the components housed in the case and an inner surface of the case is formed with space in contact with the resin mold layer remaining in the case.

摘要: A mold-type electronic control unit comprising: a unit body which includes a printed circuit board, a component case which includes an opening opened toward the circuit board and a hole opened toward the opposite side of the opening and is mounted on the circuit board, a first packing which includes a recess portion and a window portion opened inside of the recess portion and is attached so as to close the opening of the component case with the recess portion directed toward the printed circuit board, a pressure sensor housed in the recess portion of the first packing and having a pressure introducing portion exposed in the component case through the window portion, and a second packing mounted on an outer side of the component case; and a resin molded portion covering the unit body, wherein said second packing is used as means for preventing resin from flowing toward the hole of the case when the molded portion is injection molded.
