Disclosed is a thermostable DNA polymerase preparation which can illimitably reduce the risk of false positivity in the detection of a subject microorganism utilizing a gene amplification reaction and therefore enables the selective amplification of DNA for detecting the subject microorganism even when the amount of the subject microorganism is small and therefore the amount of DNA collected therefrom is extremely small, and can be produced at a reduced cost. Also disclosed is a method for quantifying or quantifying/identifying a subject organism to be detected rapidly, conveniently and with high sensitivity using the preparation of the present invention.

Heat is transferred from the bonding tip to the solder. The melted solder spreads into gaps between the second terminal and the first and second inclined surfaces. The solder is thus prevented from spreading outside the contour of the first terminal. This results in a reliable avoidance of a short circuit between the adjacent first terminals.

The first core section has a head-tape contact core part for forming a part of the head-tape contact surface of the magnetic head and a straight core part extending in an opposite direction of the head-tape contact surface from the head-tape contact surface. The second core section has an approximately C-shape configuration to allow a winding to be provided around the second core section. Length of the head-tape contact core part is made longer than a length of the straight core part in a tape running direction.
