    摘要: In a hoist and traction machine including a free rotation control apparatus, a free-rotation spring 19, for urging an operating handle 18 toward a driving member 8 and also urging the driving member 8 in the brake releasing direction, is interposed between the driving member 8 and a stopper 17 provided on a driving shaft 5. When the operating handle 18 is pulled out, the driving member 8 is rotated to move away from a driven member 7 by a torsional urging force of the spring 19 and thereby a braking ratchet wheel 11 and braking plates 9, 10 is released. Engagement lugs 31 are then brought into resilient contact with free rotation surfaces 35 via an axial urging force of the spring 19 to maintain controlled free-rotation.

    摘要: A hoist and traction machine having a free rotation control device/apparatus for selectively controlling the mechanical brake to be inoperative and for maintaining the inoperative mode of the mechanical brake, so as to control the free rotation of the load sheave. The free rotation control device is designed such that improved free rotation control operation can be provided, and the range of the pulling force for the chain can be enlarged in the controlled free rotation of the load sheave; thus, allowing the chain to be pulled quicker, while requiring little operating skill. Further, free rotation operation is not provided when the load sheave (and thus the driving shaft) is subjected to a large load acting in the direction of hoisting down the load, thus achieving highly improved safety.

    摘要: A quadrature detection device for magnetic resonance imaging includes a pair of probes each having a pair of first conductors with a vertical arm and wings formed at both ends of the vertical arm and guard rings disposed inside the wings to oppose them and predetermined capacitors. In each probe, the resonance characteristics of the probe has two peaks. Symmetry of the peak existing in the resonance frequency range is effected by spacing the peak existing in a frequency range other than the resonance frequency range apart from the former. Thus, uniformity of the resulting image can be improved. The drop of the Q value of the probe is prevented by shifting the former peak to a higher frequency range than the latter peak. Also, electric symmetry of the probe is maintained.

    摘要: A multi-rib tire tread has a plurality of circumferential spaced apart ribs in an axial direction, adjacent ribs separated by a circumferential grooves and each rib having sides extending radially outward to a radially outward contact surface. A first lateral rib and a second lateral rib are positioned adjacent opposite sides of the central rib, each lateral rib having an outwardly convex curvature in an axial direction more rounded than a tread curvature. The convex curvature of the first and second lateral ribs are less rounded than the central rib.
