    摘要： An electronic device is connected to a loop transmission line via a bypass circuit and detects being bypassed from the loop transmission line. Each electronic device connected to a looped transmission line via each bypass circuit receives a positioning map in which an own address is registered, and judges whether the own address is still registered. The electronic device can judge whether this electronic device is being bypassed from the loop transmission line by the bypass circuit using a conventional sequence.

A resist composition comprising the polymer has a high resolution and is improved in line edge roughness and I/G bias.

    摘要： In an optical disc apparatus, harsh blow sound due to collision of first stoppers of a tray and third stoppers of a main chassis when the tray reaches to a terminal position of drawing thereof is reduced. The tray further has a second stopper which contacts with a front end portion of a cam slider when the tray reaches to a position just before a terminal position of drawing of the tray. The cam slider is made of a resin material such as polyacetal superior to wear resistance and having a coefficient of elasticity smaller than that of a material of the tray. When the second stopper of the tray contacts with the front end portion of the cam slider, the front end portion of the cam slider is elastically deformed so that moving speed of the tray is largely decelerated. Consequently, the blow sound due to contact of the first stoppers of the tray and the third stoppers of the main chassis is radically reduced.

    摘要： A clock signal generating circuit is capable of testing a delay line loop (DLL) circuit by a method wherein, when an LSI circuit operates at a lower speed for a burn-in test, etc., the DLL circuit performs the same operation as when the LSI circuit operates normally at a high speed. This invention includes a selector for selecting either a reference clock signal or a test clock signal having a different phase with respect to the reference clock signal, and a delay line loop system phase-locked loop circuit for giving a delay to an output signal of the selector so as to get rid of a phase difference between the reference clock signal and an internal clock signal that has been propagated through a circuit to be supplied with a clock, and for generating the clock signal to be supplied to the circuit.
