摘要： To provide a crimped terminal wire for automobile that includes an aluminum electric wire, a connecting terminal made from a copper-based material, and a resin-coated portion that is provided in a range capable of inhibiting crevice corrosion that builds up in a crevice between the connecting terminal and a resin from reaching a bimetal contact portion between the aluminum electric wire and the connecting terminal. A crimped terminal wire for automobile includes an aluminum electric wire, a connecting terminal made from a copper-based material, crimped onto an end of the wire and including a crimped member, a crimped portion where the terminal is crimped onto the wire, and a resin-coated portion disposed on the crimped portion, wherein the resin-coated portion is disposed on the crimped portion while an entire periphery of the crimped portion is coated with the resin-coated portion.

摘要： A failure diagnosing apparatus makes an judgment as to whether or not a failure occurs in an evaporated fuel processing apparatus in which an evaporated fuel within a fuel reservoir is adsorbed by an activated charcoal within a canister and the evaporated fuel adsorbed by the activated charcoal is purged to an intake system of an internal combustion engine under a certain operational condition. An atmospheric air is introduced into the fuel reservoir when the fuel is supplied to the fuel reservoir. Accordingly, there is a fear that a misdiagnosis is performed if the failure diagnosis is performed during fuel supply. Accordingly, when the internal combustion engine is in operation and in fuel supply condition, the failure judgement process by the failure diagnosing apparatus is forbidden.

摘要： An evaporation loss control device provided with a polymer chamber filled with polymer absorbent, a charcoal chamber filled with charcoal, introduction and purging pipes for connecting the polymer chamber with a fuel tank and an engine intake passage, respectively, an air pipe for ventilation connected to the charcoal chamber, and a vapor passage, which has various forms. For example, the vapor passage may be formed in spiral to encircle the polymer chamber, or provided between the polymer and charcoal chambers, thus allowing the evaporated fuel to pass therethrough. The vapor passage is constructed to prevent the evaporated fuel trapped by the polymer absorbent from flowing into the charcoal chamber, and also to prevent the liquid fuel from being absorbed by the charcoal.

When removing a cap engaging with said free end for fuel filling, fuel vapour therein is released in the atmosphere.The invention provides a lid normally closing conduit inlet and adapted to be open by tip end of fuel dispensing nozzle. Angular movement of the lid actuates a valve normally closing an outlet to be open so that fuel vapour in the conduit is supplied from the outlet through a pipe to the engine.

When the cap is slightly unscrewed, the control valve automatically opens, and the fuel vapor in the fuel tank is fed into the canister via the valve port.
