摘要: A load control device is configured to generate a control signal having a desired magnitude for controlling a load regulation device adapted to control the power delivered to an electrical load. The load control device may comprise a control terminal arranged to provide the control signal to the load regulation device, a communication circuit for generating the control signal, and a control circuit configured to generate an output signal that is provided to the communication circuit. The communication circuit may be characterized by non-linear operation. The control circuit may adjust the magnitude of the output signal in response to the difference between the magnitude of the control signal and the desired magnitude to adjust the magnitude of the control signal towards the desired magnitude. The control circuit may also be configured to determine if an incompatible load regulation device is coupled to the load control device.

摘要: A remote control device may be configured to be mounted over the toggle actuator of a light switch and to control a load control device via wireless communication. The remote control device may include a base portion and a rotating portion supported by the base portion so as to be rotatable about the base portion. The remote control device may include a control circuit and a wireless communication circuit. The control circuit may be operably coupled to the rotating portion and to the wireless communication circuit. The control circuit may be configured to translate a force applied to the rotating portion of the remote control device into a control signal and to cause the communication circuit to transmit the control signal to the load control device.

A staging apparatus 1 is provided with a ball 2 in which a gas is contained, and an internal device 200 including a sound output unit 270 and a light-emitting unit 240 provided in the ball 2. In the internal device 200, sound is outputted from the sound output unit 270 when an operation of the ball 2 is sensed. The staging apparatus 1 preferably receives, from an external control device or the like, a synchronization signal for synchronizing the timing at which sound is output, and outputs sound at a timing that is in accordance with the synchronization signal.

摘要: A data generation method is for generating video data that covers a second luminance dynamic range wider than a first luminance dynamic range and has reproduction compatibility with a first device that does not support reproduction of video having the second luminance dynamic range and supports reproduction of video having the first luminance dynamic range, and includes: generating a video signal to be included in the video data using a second OETF; storing, into VUI in the video data, first transfer function information for identifying a first OETF to be referred to by the first device when the first device decodes the video data; and storing, into SEI in the video data, second transfer function information for identifying a second OETF to be referred to by a second device supporting reproduction of video having the second luminance dynamic range when the second device decodes the video data.

摘要: An output parameter adjustment method employing an ambient light distribution field including: acquiring an environmental image of a background environment in a viewing angle range of a user; dividing the environmental image according to preset partitioning to obtain environmental sub-images; obtaining the illumination value of each environmental sub-image; splicing the illumination of all of environmental sub-images to obtain distributed illumination distribution information corresponding to the environmental image; obtaining a first illumination model corresponding to the illumination distribution information; querying a model-parameter list, to obtain a first adjustment parameter corresponding to the first illumination model; and adjusting, display parameters of a display screen of a user terminal and/or adjusting light compensation output parameters of a lighting compensation device according to the first adjustment parameter so that the display parameter of the display screen match an illumination state of the background environment in the viewing angle range of the user.

Each button may comprise indicia indicating a function of the button. The control circuit set the first button as active and the second button as inactive in response to an actuation of the first button. The control circuit may, based on the measured ambient light level, control the light sources to illuminate the first button to an active surface illumination intensity, and to illuminate the second button to an inactive surface illumination intensity that is less than the active surface illumination intensity.

摘要: A method of automatically programming a new load control device that replaces an old load control device takes advantage of a remote identification tag (e.g., an RFID tag) located in the vicinity of the old device. The remote identification tag stores an identifier that is representative of a location in which the old device is installed. The method includes the steps of: (1) storing a setting of an old device in a memory of a controller; (2) associating the setting with the identifier of the old device in the memory of the controller; (3) the new device retrieving the identifier from the remote identification tag after the new device is installed in the location of the old device; (4) the new device transmitting the identifier to the controller; and (5) the controller transmitting the setting of the old device to the new device in response to receiving the identifier.
