摘要: A vehicle power module assembly including first and second power modules is provided. The first power module may include a first lock feature extending from a lower portion of a first minor side at a first central axis. The second power module may include a second lock feature at an upper portion of a second minor side at a second central axis. The lock features may be sized for interlock with one another to secure the power modules to one another. The first lock feature may be a loop element defining a through-hole and the second lock feature may be a wedge. The through-hole may be sized for the wedge to extend therein and to interlock the first power module and the second power module to one another. The first lock feature may be a flexible hook element and the second lock feature may be a slot.

摘要: A snap-fit assembly that allows securely attaching and locking components to each other or to wall-like objects. The snap-fit assembly includes an electronic device with a plastic housing designed to have at the same surface a set of oppositely disposed hooks and a tab for defining an area which is shaped and dimensioned to receive a sliding mechanical bracket. The hooks guide the mechanical bracket into place and securely attach the mechanical bracket to the plastic housing, while the tab forms a stop device for the mechanical bracket, while at the same time locking into a locking opening formed at the mechanical tab.

摘要: An electrified vehicle includes a vehicle door, an electronic door latch system configured to selectively open the vehicle door, and an electrified powertrain configured to generate drive torque. A high voltage battery system for powering the electrified powertrain includes one or more battery contactors to selectively enable the high voltage battery system. A controller is configured to control operation of the vehicle and is in communication with the electronic door latch system. Upon receiving a door open request from the electronic door latch system, the controller activates the one or more battery contactors to enable the high voltage battery system only when the door open request is initiated from an outside of the vehicle.

摘要: An electrified vehicle includes a contactor having a coil operable by a low-voltage control signal to selectively electrically couple a terminal of a high-voltage bus to a charger receiving power from an external source. A programmed controller predicts the time it will take for the contactor to close after receiving a command based on the coil temperature and voltage of the command signal. The controller generates the low-voltage control signal responsive to a difference between bus voltage and charger voltage being less than a first threshold at the predicted closing time of the contactor. The control signal may also depend on the rate of change of the charger voltage being below a second threshold.

摘要: A vehicle includes a traction battery and a cell monitor associated with battery cell strings each having associated connected battery cells. Each monitor is configured to generate a compressed encoded representation of the traction battery cell voltage measurements using artificial intelligence, such as a neural network. A battery controller in communication with each cell monitor receives the compressed encoded representation and generates reconstructed battery cell voltage measurements and controls the traction battery in response to the reconstructed traction battery cell voltage measurements. An unencoded battery cell voltage measurement may be communicated with the compressed encoded representation of the battery cell voltage measurements and used to validate the reconstructed measurements.

The processor is configured to extracting a smallest resistance value included in frequency characteristics of measured impedance of a battery, extracting a difference between a resistance value measured at a measurement point and a resistance value measured at an adjacent measurement point for each measurement point of each frequency included in the frequency characteristics, and reproducing the frequency characteristics of the impedance in the battery by configuring the smallest resistance value extracted as a first resistance component, configuring an equivalent circuit of the battery including the difference between the resistance values extracted as a second resistance component for each measurement point, and connecting the first resistance component and the equivalent circuit for each measurement point in series.

The dynamo may be associated with the wheel and configured to transmit a first signal based at least on a detection of one or more movements of the wheel that meets or exceeds a threshold movement of the wheel. The control module may be configured to transmit a second signal upon receiving the first signal from the dynamo. The battery may be configured to receive the second signal transmitted by the control module. The second signal may cause the battery to wake from a battery-off state to a battery-on state.
