摘要: A bifacial photovoltaic structure includes a transparent substrate, a perovskite absorber layer overlaying the substrate, a transparent first composite conductor interposed between the substrate and the perovskite absorber layer, and a transparent second composite conductor disposed over the perovskite absorber layer. The first composite conductor includes a first set of metal lines, and a first conducting layer provided in contact with the metal lines, wherein the first set of metal lines is characterized by a first set of dimensions and a first metallic composition. The second composite conductor includes a second conducting layer, and a second set of metal lines provided in contact with the second conducting layer, wherein the second set of metal lines is characterized by a second set of dimensions and a second metallic composition. The dimensions and/or compositions of the first and second composite conductors are different.

The disclosed photoactive compounds include metal complexes with dipyrromethene-based ligands, which can be substituted with a variety of different side chains or groups or can include various fused ring configurations, such as including aromatic or heteroaromatic groups. The metal complexes may include two dipyrromethene-based ligands, which can be the same or different. The photoactive compounds can be used as photoactive materials in organic photovoltaic devices, such as visibly transparent or opaque photovoltaic devices.

摘要: Provided is a conductive material that is capable of achieving a high-electric conductivity, long-term stability under an atmospheric environment, heat and humidity stabilities, as well as a conductive film and a solar cell using the same. The conductive material includes a mixture of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSS acid). The element ratio (S/C ratio) of sulfur (S) to carbon (C) in the mixture may be from 0.001 to 0.1 in terms of the number of atoms. CNTs and PSS acid may make up a content percentage of 10 wt % or more in the mixture. These conductive films comprised of the conductive material 6 may have a weight per unit area of the CNTs in the range from 1 mg/m2 to 10000 mg/m2. The solar cell may include the conductive film 7, wherein the film is on the surface of a semiconductor.

One such device includes a substrate, a first electrode coupled to the substrate, a second electrode disposed above the first electrode, and photoactive layers disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The device further includes a compound charge transport layer disposed between the photoactive layers and either the first electrode or the second electrode. The compound charge transport layer includes a charge transport layer and a metal-oxide interlayer disposed between the charge transport layer and the photoactive layers. The charge transport layer may be a hole transport layer or an electron transport layer.

摘要: This application provides a solar cell, a method for preparing the solar cell, smart glasses, and an electronic device. The solar cell includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a first conductive lattice, a second conductive layer, and a functional layer. The functional layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, the functional layer is configured to absorb light and generate a photocurrent, and both the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are configured to receive the photocurrent. The first conductive lattice is in contact with a surface that is of the first conductive layer. The second conductive lattice is in contact with the second conductive layer, and the first conductive lattice and the second conductive lattice are configured to output the photocurrent to the target device. This application can mitigate impact of a sheet resistance on cell efficiency.
