摘要: A steam supply system includes a steam generator disposed to produce wet steam for introduction into a steam separator. The steam separator includes a saturated condensate outlet. A superheater receives dry saturated steam from the steam separator and produces superheated steam. An evaporator with an evaporator vessel having a saturated condensate inlet, a soluble solids slurry outlet and a dry steam outlet is in fluid communication with the saturated condensate outlet of the steam separator. Disposed within the evaporator vessel is a superheated steam heat exchanger having a superheated steam outlet and a superheated steam inlet which superheated steam inlet is in fluid communication with the superheater to receive superheated steam. The dry steam outlet of the evaporator is in fluid communication with a steam mixing vessel where the dry steam is mixed with superheated steam from the superheated steam outlet of the heat exchanger.

摘要: A cleaning system includes an explosive subsystem including: a plurality of detonation cords extending along a direction different from a vertical direction; and a locating assembly locating the plurality of detonation cords relative to each other. The locating assembly spaces each of the detonation cords apart from a system to be cleaned. The cleaning system includes a pressurized air blower assembly adjacent a portion of the system to be cleaned, the pressurized air blower assembly being configured to direct pressurized air towards the portion of the system to be cleaned after the detonation cords have been exploded.

摘要: A fluid heating process which does not utilize an open flame, heat is created by a rotating prime mover(s) driving a hydraulic heat generator. Heat is also collected from the prime mover cooling system, and any exhaust heat generated by the prime mover. The heat energy is collected from all these sources, and transmitted through heat exchangers to generate a hot fluid, which can be used to heat other fluids and used for any application where heat is required.

A current instantaneous heat release for a solid-fuel-based heat generator is determined at a virtual sensor. The current instantaneous heat release is compared to a current firing rate demand. When the current instantaneous heat release does not correspond to the current firing rate demand, an underfire air flow of the heat generator is adjusted.
