Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for allocating wireless resources based on a single resource unit in a WLAN. The method for allocating the wireless resources based on a single resource unit in a WLAN may comprise the steps of: an AP scheduling, on a bandwidth, a plurality of wireless resources for communication with a plurality of STAs; and the AP transmitting a plurality of items of downlink data to each of the plurality of STAs through each of the plurality of wireless resources, wherein when resource allocation based on a virtual allocation resource unit is not supported, each of the plurality of wireless resources can include at least one first resource unit only or at least one second resource unit only, wherein the size of the first resource unit can be larger than the size of the second resource unit.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present specification, a method of transmitting a frame in a wireless local area network (WLAN) includes: receiving, by a user station (STA), a multi user-request to send (MU-RTS) frame from an access point (AP) to protect transmission for multi-users, wherein the MU-RTS frame includes common information commonly allocated to the multi-users, user-specific information individually allocated to the multi-users, and a control indicator indicating a first operation mode using a first channel and a second channel contiguous to the first channel and a second operation mode using the first channel and a third channel non-contiguous to the first channel; and transmitting, by the user STA, a clear to send (CTS) frame to the AP according to the control indicator in response to the MU-RTS frame.

The entire frequency band may include a sub-band which is not used for the data transmission, and it is preferable that the resource allocation information includes a resource allocation bitmap having a form common to the plurality of STAs and indication information which informs a sub-band, from among the entire frequency band, which is not used for the data transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for generating an STF signal usable in a wireless LAN system. The STF signal is included in a field used to improve AGC estimation of a MIMO transmission. The STF signal that is suggested, for example, can be used for an 80 MHz band and can be generated based on a sequence in which a predetermined M sequence is repeated. Also, the disclosed STF signal can be used for a 1× STF signal from the 1× STF signal and a 2× STF signal. The predetermined M sequence can be a binary sequence of which the length is 15 bits.

When the first STA transmits the configured radio frame to a second STA, the SIG field preferably comprises: information about a full bandwidth in which data can be transmitted via the data field; and null indicator information indicating a channel region of the full bandwidth that is not used in data transmission, or used channel indicator information indicating a channel region of the full bandwidth that is used in data transmission.
