Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a wakeup radio in a wireless communication system, e.g., in 5G NR systems and beyond. A UE may report a supported sensitivity with base station provided adjacent channel interference information for a wakeup radio. Additionally, a wakeup radio layer may be configured for the UE to perform synchronization, identification of a wakeup signal, and/or RRM measurement with 1D or 2D ON-OFF patterns. Further, a wakeup signal preamble bandwidth may be configured by a base station and may be constructed with a 1D OOC, a 2D OOC, a Hadamard code, an m-sequence, and/or a Gold sequence. In addition, selection of a particular preamble may be via a function with cell-ID, UE-ID/UE-group ID, and/or time parameters as inputs. Also, there may be a cyclic extension such as prefix and/or postfix to a selected preamble.

Abstract: Systems and methods of beam reporting for multiple DL processes are described. A UE receives a beam management processes configuration that provides information about beam management reference signals for beam management procedures. The UE transmits a UE capability report that indicates beam management capabilities of the UE and, later, an indication of whether the UE intends to engage in beam refinement. The UE measures the beam management reference signals and receives a beam reporting message that indicates at least one of the beam management procedures to report. In response, the UE transmits the beam report. The beam report contains beam management reference signal measurements of the beam management procedures indicated by the beam reporting message.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for supporting blind retransmission. In one example, a method includes processing control information that indicates resources for communication of a physical downlink shared channel or a physical uplink shared channel (PDSCH/PUSCH) transmission and timing information for a retransmission of the PDSCH/PUSCH. The method includes configuring operation to: receive the PDSCH/PUSCH transmission based on the resources; and determine that a subsequent PDSCH/PUSCH received at a subsequent time corresponds to the retransmission of the PDSCH/PUSCH when the subsequent time coincides with the indicated timing information for the retransmission and, in response combine the PDSCH/PUSCH with the retransmission in a HARQ buffer for decoding purposes.

The configuration message specifies one or more parameters of a Doppler measurement report. Abstract: A network may transmit either beam deployment information or beam number information to a user equipment (UE) carried on a train and configured for operation in the millimeter wave band. The deployment information may include deployment related distance parameters or azimuth angle spread parameters. The beam number information may indicate a number of network beams associated with a current cell. The UE may determine a number of UE receive beams based on deployment information or the network-indicated number of network beams. The UE may transmit feedback to the network, indicating the number of UE receive beams. Alternatively, the network may send a configuration message indicating a first number of UE receive beams to the UE, which the UE may treat as an upper bound or lower bound in its determination of a desired number of UE receive beams. The UE may transmit the desired number to the network.

Abstract: Provided is a method for a user equipment (UE). The UE obtains a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) secondary cell (SCell) activation command from a primary cell (PCell) or primary secondary-cell-group cell (PSCell).
