    摘要: An organic light-emitting device (OLED) which can improve the light extraction efficiency of the OLED, a method of fabricating the same and an OLED including the same. The light extraction substrate is disposed on one surface of an OLED through which light generated from the OLED is emitted outward, and includes a base substrate and a light extraction layer formed on the base substrate. The light extraction layer has therein a plurality of pores which is formed on the base substrate such that the base substrate forms a bottom surface of the plurality of pores.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a light extraction substrate for an OLE) by which the flatness of the light extraction substrate for an OLED can be increased. Particles of a first metal oxide and a sol of a second metal oxide are inputted and mixed into an organic solvent. A base substrate is coated with a mixture of the first and second metal oxides and the organic solvent. A resultant coating film on the base substrate is heat-treated. The coating film is coated with the second metal oxide to form a metal oxide thin film on the base substrate. In the metal oxide thin film, the particles of the first metal oxide are impregnated in a matrix of the second metal oxide.

    摘要: A zinc oxide precursor for use in deposition of a zinc oxide-based thin film contains an alkyl zinc halide having the following formula: R—Zn—X, where R is an alkyl group CnH2n+1, and X is a halogen group. The n is a number ranging from 1 to 4, and the alkyl group is one selected from among a methyl group, an ethyl group, an i-propyl group and a t-butyl group. The halogen group contains one selected from among F, Br, Cl and I. A method of depositing a zinc oxide-based thin film includes loading a substrate into a deposition chamber; and supplying the zinc oxide precursor which contains the above-described alkyl zinc halide and an oxidizer into the deposition chamber and forming a zinc oxide-based thin film on the substrate via chemical vapor deposition. The zinc oxide-based thin film is deposited on the substrate via atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition.

    摘要: A method of cutting chemically toughened glass which is chemically toughened in a chemical toughening process of creating compressive stress in the surface of glass by exchanging first alkali ions in the glass with second alkali ions. The method includes the steps of applying a paste on a portion of the chemically toughened glass that is to be cut, heating the paste, and cutting the chemically toughened glass along the portion on which the paste is applied. The paste contains alkali ions. The ion radius of the alkali ions in the paste is smaller than an ion radius of the second alkali ions which substitute the first ions in the chemical toughening process.
