摘要: A solid-state imaging element including a phase difference detection pixel pair that includes first and second phase difference detection pixels is provided. In particular, each phase difference detection pixel of the first and second phase difference detection pixels includes a first photoelectric conversion unit arranged at an upper side of a semiconductor substrate and a second photoelectric conversion unit arranged within the semiconductor substrate. The first photoelectric conversion film may be an organic film. In addition, phase difference detection pixels may be realized without using a light shielding film.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to providing scene perception display requiring reduced processing capabilities. Sensor data indicative of one or more targets from an imaging and ranging subsystem, location data from a positioning subsystem defining a geographical location of the imaging and ranging subsystem and orientation data from an orientation subsystem defining an orientation of the imaging and ranging subsystem are received. Doppler point cloud data is generated based on Doppler information and point cloud data from the sensor data, the location data and the orientation data. The targets are classified as either a static or dynamic target. Afterwards, the Doppler point cloud data is filtered by removing either the dynamic or the static targets from the Doppler point cloud data. The Doppler point cloud data of either the dynamic or the static targets are further processed and the further processed Doppler point cloud data is rendered.

摘要: Systems and methods are directed to dynamically and automatically adjusting a standard regenerative braking intensity. Roadway data, data from one or more sensors of a vehicle and data including parameter values for operating states of the vehicle regarding a roadway from a route being navigated by the vehicle are received by a processor of a control system of the vehicle. Standard regenerative braking intensity values based on a vehicle's acceleration is retrieved from memory. Adjusted regenerative braking intensity values are calculated based on at least one of the roadway data, the sensor data and the parameter values of the operating states of the vehicle and the standard regenerative braking intensity values. The adjusted regenerative braking intensity values are transmitted to the control system and an acceleration or deacceleration amount is applied to the vehicle based on the adjusted regenerative braking intensity values.

A first frame period from the first frame generation start time to the second frame generation start time is set and supplied to the frame data generation unit. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a case where a frame data is generated from an event data output from a dynamic vision sensor (DVS).
