摘要: Provided are a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) composition used for polishing a semiconductor device which contains polysilicon film and insulator, and a chemical mechanical polishing method thereof. The CMP composition is especially useful in a isolation CMP process for semiconductor devices. Provided is a highly selective CMP composition containing a polysilicon polish finisher which can selectively polish semiconductor insulators since it uses a polysilicon film as a polish finishing film.

摘要: An encoding method includes selecting a run detection method in accordance with characteristics of image data, generating a run value by detecting a run that is repeated in the image data in accordance with the selected run detection method, generating run count bits by counting the number of repetitions of the detected run, and performing a run-length encoding using the detected run values and the run count bits. The run detection method includes a coefficient run detection method that detects a run based on pixel values, a pattern run detection method that detects the run based on whether the pixel blocks have a specified pattern, a difference run detection method that detects the run based on a difference value between two successive pixel values, and a residual run detection method that detects the run based on an error value that is a difference value between an actual pixel value and a predicted value.

摘要: The present invention relates to a capacitive touch sensor and, more particulaly, to a capacitive touch sensor integrated with window panel. The capacitive touch sensor integrated with window panel according to the present invention a transparent window panel substrate; a non-conductive opaque decorative layer formed on a surface of the substrate along the edges of the substrate to define a transparent window area (W) on the substrate; a transparent electrode pattern layer formed over the window area (W) of the substrate and the decorative; and a conductive wiring pattern layer formed at an edge of the transparent electrode pattern layer. The conductive wire pattern layer is disposed in such a manner that it is concealed by the opaque decorative layer. As the touch sensor of the present invention is integrated with the window panel, no additional substrate (PET) on which transparent electrodes are patterned is not required and the thickness of the touch sensor is can be reduced. Also, the touch sensor of the present invention does not require any adhesive for bonding to a separate substrate, which reduces its manufacturing costs.

摘要: An apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving data in one-to-one communication are provided. A first buffer for temporarily storing file data and a second buffer for temporarily storing message data are connected to a data transmitter for transmitting data and a data receiver for receiving data, respectively or vice versa, according to a request for data transmission or reception. The buffer for storing file data and the buffer for storing message data are differently constructed, thereby reducing the waste of memories of the buffers and achieving the miniaturization and high-speed data transmission of a portable terminal device.
