摘要： An apparatus for placement into an opening formed in a wall of a body lumen to deploy a closure element. The apparatus comprising a housing having a handle portion formed at a distal end, the handle portion configured to be engaged by a user when advancing the housing to deploy the closure element. A locator assembly and a carrier assembly are at least partially received in the housing. The locator assembly can have one or more expansion members that can selectably contact the wall of the body lumen and a proximal end configured to cooperate with a portion of a locator control system operable to expand the one or more expansion members. A triggering system cooperates with the locator assembly and is moveable toward the one or more expansion members of the locator assembly upon the locator control system being operated to expand the one or more expansion members.

摘要： Systems and methods for creation, management and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns to a consumer based on a consumer's social check-in activity as identified by a consumer on one or more location based social networks. In one embodiment, a campaign management system receives information relating to a consumer's social check-in activity from various (heterogeneous) location based social networks in a wide variety of formats, and further normalizes such disparate information received into a standardized format. According to an aspect, the system processes the normalized information in conjunction with pre-stored marketing campaigns created by marketers for purposes of identifying consumers who satisfy one or more conditions specific to the pre-stored marketing campaigns. Campaign-related information corresponding to the pre-stored marketing campaigns generally comprise various promotional offers, discounts, coupons, etc., which are delivered to the identified consumers, who initiate some kind of action thereby fulfilling the marketing campaign.

摘要： After finding the shortest conductive signal return-current path for each signal, the invention assesses whether each conductive return-current path is adequate. The method analyzes each shortest conductive signal return-current path and determines if a significant portion of the signal return current flows as displacement current rather than following the conductive current path. A significant displacement current flows when the length of the conductive return-current path that diverges from a signal net is more than a previously defined limit based on the signal transition time. Further, a significant displacement current flows when the overall length of the signal differs from the overall length of the conductive return-current path by more than a previously defined limit based on the signal transition time.
