    摘要: A device for limiting crosstalk between vectoring modems connected to a group of communication lines comprises a subgroup determining element that obtains information of the division into subgroups, each subgroup being made up of lines experiencing cross-talk from each other, and assigns operational pilot sequences to the group according to the division, an operational sequence transmission control element that transmits the operational sequences on the lines to the modems, which sequences are mutually orthogonal to each other and each communication line receives a corresponding sequence, and a corrective action determining element that obtains cross-talk measurements related to the transmitted operational pilot sequences and determines, for each subgroup, cross-talk and corrective action based on measurements made for a number of sequence symbols, which number corresponds to the minimum number required for obtaining mutually orthogonal pilot sequences within the subgroup.

    摘要: Collision mitigation for scheduling requests, SRs, on the physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, in Long Term Evolution, LTE, radiocommunication systems is described. Various types of SR collision mitigation information can be transmitted from a base station eNodeB (32) to a user equipment, UE(36). The UE can use the collision mitigation information to determine how to transmit its SRs. The network or base station (32) can use its knowledge of the SR collision mitigation information sent to various UEs (36) (and/or additional information) to resolve SR collisions on the uplink.

    摘要: The technology disclosed provides the ability for a subframe to be dynamically configured in time division duplex (TDD) communications between a UE radio terminal and a radio network node. A frame structure includes one or more subframes preconfigured as a downlink subframe, one or more subframes preconfigured as an uplink subframe, and one or more dynamically configurable subframes. Each dynamically configurable subframe includes a guard time period and at least a downlink part for transporting a dynamically configurable amount of downlink information, and in some embodiments, uplink information. A configuration for dynamically configurable subframes is determined for transmission and/or reception between the UE radio terminal and the radio network node.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a scheduling apparatus (100) and a method for a cellular Time-Division Duplex (TDD) radio communication system (180). The apparatus comprises a storage unit configured for holding a database comprising topographical information concerning a geographical area covered by the communication system. The apparatus also comprises a position unit configured for obtaining information concerning a geographical position held by at least one of a first and a second radio communication device (120;160) of the communication system within said area. The apparatus further comprises a scheduling unit configured for allocating a communication time slot as an uplink time slot or a downlink time slot for radio communication between a first base station (110) and said first device (120) of the communication system. Whether the time slot is allocated as an uplink time slot or a downlink time slot is dependent on said position information and on said topographical information.

The arrangement includes a vessel having a first opening for receiving molten metal in the vessel, a second opening for discharging the molten metal from the vessel, and a body extending between the first opening and the second opening, a first magnetic arrangement attached to the body, the first magnetic arrangement having a magnetic core with legs, and coils arranged around the legs, and a power system configured to provide an alternating current superimposed on a carrier current to each of the coils, each pair of alternating current and carrier current provided to a coil forming a flow control current, wherein flow control currents provided to adjacent coils are phase shifted relative each other, thereby creating a travelling magnetic field in molten metal in the vessel. A corresponding method is also presented herein.
