    摘要: An unconventional bolt includes a main body having two heads, and two threaded rods respectively formed at the external surface of each head coaxially with the main body, wherein the cross section of each head has a noncircular shape, and the axial projection of the cross section of the middle of the main body is located in the noncircular axial projection of each head of the main body. The unconventional bolt has a simple structure and a convenient assembly, and can improve the strength and rigidity of the nested profiled components after the connection; and the fastening device using the unconventional bolt can not only support the component but also reinforce it, thus effectively preventing the nested profiled components from transforming.

    摘要: A battery spacer, a protection assembly for electric core, and a power battery are provided. The battery spacer comprises a spacer body. The spacer body comprises: a tab passing area located in a middle portion of the spacer body, the tab passing area being adapted to receive an end of an electric core of a battery; and receiving areas adjacent to ends of the tab passing area along the spacer body. The spacer body and the tab passing area provide an end wall, two side walls, and a top wall configured to surround each of the receiving area. At least one tab aperture is formed in the tab passing area and penetrates the spacer body.

    摘要: A battery pack comprises a plurality of electrochemical cells and a housing. The cells have similar shape and size. The shape is a rectangular prism with opposing major faces. The cells are aligned in a stack along an axis of the pack so that one of the major faces of each cell contacts the major face of the adjacent cell. The housing comprises a top portion and a bottom portion. The top portion comprises a top plate and four side plates joined to the top plate so as to form a cavity with an opening. The cross-sectional area of the opening is at least slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of the stack, and the cross-sectional area of the cavity in a plane closer to the top plate is sized so that the stack fits snugly therein. The battery stack is disposed in the housing. The bottom portion closes the opening.

    摘要: Disclosed are a plate assembly for a battery, a core and a lithium ion battery. The plate assembly comprises a plate, a conductive terminal and a membrane bag, the plate is encapsulated in the membrane bag, an encapsulation line is formed when the membrane bag is encapsulated, and the conductive terminal is disposed at one end of the plate and protruded out of the membrane bag, wherein the encapsulation line has at least two loops around the periphery of the plate. The core comprises the plate assembly of the present invention. The lithium ion battery comprises the core of the present invention. Since the membrane bag included in the plate assembly of the present invention is encapsulated by at least two loops of encapsulation line around the periphery of the plate, the membrane bag can be encapsulated tightly, which can prevent effectively the membrane bag from being cracked, and prevent the short circuit from being occurred due to the contact of the positive and negative plates, and thereby effectively improves the mechanical impact resistance of the battery.
