摘要: A drug carrier and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The drug carrier includes a hydrophilic group, a hydrophobic group and an organic dye. The hydrophilic group and the hydrophobic group are connected by the organic dye. A plurality of the drug carriers are self-assemblable in a polar solvent to form a nanomicelle. The hydrophilic groups are located at the outer region of the nanomicelle, and the hydrophobic groups are located at the inner region of the nanomicelle.

摘要: A bionic fixing apparatus is provided. The bionic fixing apparatus includes a body having a through hole and at least one slit. The through hole penetrates the body from the top surface to the bottom surface to form a top opening and a bottom opening. An inner diameter of the top opening is larger than an inner diameter of the bottom opening. The slit is connected to the bottom opening and extends upwardly from the bottom surface of the body, such that the body has a flexible bottom portion.

摘要: A foamed biocompatible material for use in tissue repair and a kit for producing same. The kit includes a container having a valve and an inlet, and a tissue-repair composition containing a biocompatible material and a liquid carrier, in which the composition is placed in the inlet of the container and the inside of container has a pressure lower than that of the outside so that, upon opening the valve, the composition is forced into the container by the pressure difference to form a foam inside the container. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a foamed biocompatible material for tissue repair.

摘要: An automatic calculation method of gray-to-white-matter ratio for head computed tomography of patients with cardiac arrest is disclosed and includes an image registration step, a K-means segmentation step, a segmentation refinement step and a GWR calculation step. Measure the gray-white-matter ratio through brain computed tomography early after cardiac arrest to automatically identify the corpus callosum, caudate nucleus, putamen, and posterior branch of the internal brain cyst. It is a 3D three-dimensional structure rather than a manually selected flat circular area to evaluate the effectiveness of predicting neurological prognosis at discharge.

摘要: The present invention provides a supporting member and a supporting member assembly including the same to be implanted into or between a subject's bones, and a template plug and a tamper corresponding to the supporting member. The supporting member comprises a main body; a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion formed on the upper and lower sides of the main body respectively and forming a dovetail joint with each other; and a guiding structure formed at a side of the main body and including guiding holes as well as a buffer groove for mating with an external template plug. The supporting members of the invention can be sequentially implanted and connected into a bone or between two connected bones, and improve the defect of the conventional one-size giant implants injuring the surrounding nerves.
