A refresh address is generated with a refresh period for refreshing a memory device with refresh leveraging. A respective refresh is performed on a weak cell having a first address when the refresh address is a second address instead of on a first strong cell having the second address. A respective refresh is performed on one of the first strong cell or a second strong cell having a third address when the refresh address is the third address. Address information is stored for only one of the first, second, and third addresses such that memory capacity may be reduced. In alternative aspects, a respective refresh is performed on one of a weak cell, a first strong cell, or a second strong cell depending on a flag when the refresh address is any of at least one predetermined address to result in refresh leveraging.

The display apparatus includes a backlight unit which emits light, an image panel which includes plurality of pixels for modulating the light from the backlight unit to form a gray scaled image, an electrowetting lens unit which includes first electrowetting lenses arranged to correspond to the plurality of pixels in the image panel and second electrowetting lenses arranged opposite to the first electrowetting lenses, wherein at least two of the first electrowetting lenses and at least one of the second electrowetting lenses may be arranged opposite each other; and a controller which controls the electrowetting lens unit to separate beams exiting from the image panel into at least two viewing zones in a 3D image display mode.

A media server (MS) provides a media renderer (MR) with a URL that executes a CGI that that performs purchasing of a charged content included in an external server, and, if the MR requests the reproduction of content corresponding to the URL, the MS executes a CGI of the URL, purchases charged content corresponding to the URL, and downloads the charged content, thereby browsing a list of contents provided by an external contents purchase site through a consumer electronic device such as a digital television, in which a UPnP audio/visual control point is mounted without a separate interface, purchasing desired content, and reproducing the purchased content.
