    摘要: A locking device for locking a displaceable motor vehicle part which is lockable by the means of the locking device within a displacement range in a respective rest position reached by displacement is provided. The locking device comprising a braking device with at least two braking elements which interacts in a braking manner in a respective rest position of the motor vehicle part in order to lock the motor vehicle part. An actuator is assigned to the locking device, which is optionally combinable with the braking device and with which a displacement movement of the motor vehicle part is brakable for locking the motor vehicle part. The actuator is operatively connected independently on the braking device with a component which can be moved by displacement of a motor vehicle part so that a displacement movement of the displaceable motor vehicle part is brakable by the action of an actuator on the component.

    摘要: In order to reduce the stresses occurring during the closing of a manually closable body component, e.g. a door, a method of controlling the closing movement is proposed in which, during the closing movement, departing from an opened position, the body component passes through a first movement range in which the body component is moved towards the closed position without any action by a control member, and, following the first movement range, the body component passes through a second movement range in which the closing movement of the body component is varied in such a manner by the action of the control member that the residual kinetic energy of the body component does not exceed a predetermined limit value after passing through the second movement range, irrespective of the initial speed. The residual kinetic energy is not sufficient to close the body component automatically. The body component is therefore automatically drawn in a third movement range following the second movement range until a pre catch or main catch of a lock is reached.The invention relates furthermore to a corresponding control device.

    摘要: Drive assembly for motor vehicle cable window lift system and cable window lift system fitted with such drive assembly. The assembly may be provided with drive unit having gear housing section and rotatably mounted cable drum for winding/unwinding a system cable wherein the cable drum engages a drive unit drive gear and is coupled thereto. Cable drum is rotatably mounted shaftlessly and securing means is provided that cooperates with the cable drum to secure said drum axially and radially on the drive gear. With this secured and rotatably mounted structural design it is possible to dispense with a shaft penetrating the cable drum or a longer pivot pin. A shaftless structural design results which may be designed very flexibly compared to conventional designs. Thus, a variety of cable drums can be used to co-operate with the drive unit giving a large range of possible variations with the same drive unit.

    摘要: Gear unit and motor-driven gear unit for cable window lift system of motor vehicles, comprising drive and gear mechanism which cooperates with the drive and is coupled to rotatably mounted cable drum for winding/unwinding a cable of the system. Diameter of the cable drum of the gear unit ranges from about 22 mm to about 30 mm, preferably from about 24 mm to about 28 mm; gear ratio of the gear mechanism ranges from about 1:38 to about 1:55, preferably from about 1:42 to about 1:51. The cable drum has, on its end face, claws which engage in corresponding recesses on the end face of a worm wheel. Electric motors having maximum driving torque of only about 5.7 Nm can be used. The gear unit size can be reduced by about 40-50%, and it can be standardized for both electric and manual cable window lift systems for front or rear vehicle doors.
