摘要: A coupling and separating device is provided which can reduce a separation impact when separating a launch vehicle and a structure. The coupling and separating device is provided with a clamp band 6 which has blocks 3 and a strap 2, and a coupling section 4. The block 3 engages an installation member 20 of the launch vehicle and the structure 20 installed on the installation member 20. The strap 2 maintains the block 3 from outside. The coupling section 4 couples or separates the end sections 2a of the strap 2. The strap 2 is formed of shape memory alloy and is provided with a stretching section 11 which stretches through heating.

摘要: In a rotating electrical machine, a conductive foil or conductive rubber is applied to the surface of insulation layer of a conductor series connection area or to the surface of insulation layer of a turn conductor of coils of rotating electrical machine winding, waveforms of grounding voltages of the individual turn conductor portions are measured through the medium of an electrostatic capacitance of the insulation layer of coil conductor series connection area or through the medium of the insulation layer of coil turn conductor, and a partial discharge is measured while measuring a voltage developing in the coil or across a winding turn in the coil from a difference between the waveforms of grounding voltages.

摘要: Magnetic members are arranged along a straight line and can be placed face-to-face with spin-valve magnetoresistive elements. The magnetic pole faces of the magnetic members which can be face-to-face with the spin-valve magnetoresistive elements have different magnetic polarities from the magnetic pole faces of neighboring magnetic members. The magnetic members are arranged at a uniform pitch. Each magnetic member is spaced from neighboring magnetic members. X/P is from 40% to 60%, where X is length of each magnetic member along an arrangement direction of the magnetic members, and P is pitch of the magnetic members along the arrangement direction.
