摘要: The invention of this application relates to a weighing machine in which a weighing member such as a weighing saucer or hopper holding or accommodating the materials to be weighed is provided on one side of a load cell through a support, and the load cell is supported on the other side thereof on a frame directly or indirectly through an elastic body for absorbing vibrations. The weighing machine is basically constructed so that the load cell is supported on the other side thereof on the frame through a strain generator for allowing damping in the fixed direction and, at the same time, through an anti-vibration damper for improving a damping characteristic, whereby vibrations of the load cell is damped promptly. Further, a dummy cell having the same natural frequency as the load cell is associated with the load cell and then supported on the frame in a similar manner, to remove a vibration signal from the base out of a detection signal from the load cell, thereby making it possible to carry out detection of weight accurately.

摘要: In a semiconductor memory cell of the type in which memory cells are arranged in a matrix, the present invention discloses a novel construction of a word line which interconnects a plurality of memory cell in one row. Each word line is divided at least at one point into a first word line and a second word line which are electrically isolated from each other and a first switching circuit is interconnected between the first and second word lines. When each word line is selected, the first switching circuit is responsive to a select signal propagated from the first word line so as to increase the potential of the second word line to a predetermined select level and when each word line is deselected, the first switching circuit causes the potential of the second word line to a deselect level in synchronism with a deselect signal. A second switching circuit is connected to the input end or the terminal end of the second word line so as to cause the potential of the second word line to a deselect level in synchronism with a deselect signal which is different from said first mentioned select signal.

摘要: A first wiring to be connected as needed and second wirings to be disconnected as needed are formed three-dimensionally with an insulation film interposed therebetween. The first wiring comprises at least three first semiconductor regions of a second conductivity type formed at predetermined intervals in the surface of a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type, and second semiconductor regions of the first conductivity type formed between each pair of adjacent first semiconductor regions. The second wirings are formed on the first wiring through the insulation film and in a number equal to that of the second semiconductor regions. Each second wiring and the corresponding second semiconductor region are located within a spot of a radiating means radiated vertically onto the semiconductor substrate for switching the wirings.
