摘要: A base station (103) assigns a set of mobile stations (101) to a group wherein the group will share a set of radio resources (710). A shared control channel information element (501) is sent to the group of mobile stations (101) and provides a bitmap having fields for group ordering (511), resource allocations (530), failure handling resources (540), and an ordering pattern (513). If a mobile station fails to decode the shared control channel information element (501) it will access the failure handling resources in order to receive data. The failure handling channel may be persistent in some embodiments, or may be released after the mobile station is once again able to decode the shared control channel information element (501) and thereby share in the shared resource pool allocated to its mobile station group.

摘要: A base station (103) assigns a set of mobile stations (101) to a group wherein the group will share a set of radio resources (770). A shared control channel information element (501) is sent to the group of mobile stations (101) and provides a bitmap having fields for group ordering (511), resource allocations (530), continuation resources (540) for HARQ, and an ordering pattern (513). If a mobile station requires retransmission it will access the resources indicated by the continuation resources field (54) in order to receive data. The HARQ blocks may be assigned to a mobile station based upon an index (601) which may correspond to the mobile station vocoder rate. Further, HARQ subgroups may be defined to associate subgroups of mobile stations with specific HARQ transmission opportunities on the super-frame and allocated by a rotating bitmap.

摘要: This invention relates to a process for coating a substrate which comprises contacting the substrate with a low volatility organic (so-called "low VOC") coating composition having a viscosity as measured by ZAHN cup 2 of less than about 200 seconds and consisting essentially of at least one polyisocyanate prepolymer which is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate with an active hydrogen-containing compound selected from the group consisting of monoahls, polyols, imines, oxazolidines, and combinations thereof, a solvent in an amount of between 0% and 45% by weight based upon the amount of said polyisocyanate in said composition, and a tertiary amine catalyst, said composition being essentially free of any volatile mono- and di-isocyanates, and said composition being moisture curable upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. Also claimed is the coating composition itself.

摘要: The present invention relates, in one aspect, to a process for preparing a storage-stable dispersion of a biocide which comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a plastisol, comprising a resin and a carrier, and a biocide to provide a mixture of said plastisol and said biocide (b) heating said mixture of plastisol and biocide to an elevated temperature of between about 30.degree. C. and about 100.degree. C. to provide a homogeneous, storage stable dispersion, said dispersion containing said biocide in an amount of between about one and about 30 weight percent based upon the weight of said dispersion, said resin being present in an amount of between about 5 and about 75 weight percent based upon the weight of said dispersion, with the proviso that when the weight percent of said resin in said dispersion is between about 30% and about 75%, then said elevated temperature is between 30.degree. C. and 45.degree. C., and when the weight percent of said resin in said dispersion is between about 5% and about 29%, then said elevated temperature is between 46.degree. C. and 100.degree.
