    摘要: A base station (103) assigns a set of mobile stations (101) to a group wherein the group will share a set of radio resources (710). A shared control channel information element (501) is sent to the group of mobile stations (101) and provides a bitmap having fields for group ordering (511), resource allocations (530), failure handling resources (540), and an ordering pattern (513). If a mobile station fails to decode the shared control channel information element (501) it will access the failure handling resources in order to receive data. The failure handling channel may be persistent in some embodiments, or may be released after the mobile station is once again able to decode the shared control channel information element (501) and thereby share in the shared resource pool allocated to its mobile station group.

The lock cache holds a value that corresponds to or identifies a computer resource only if a current thread executing on the processor owns the computer resource. A lock cache operation (e.g., a lockcachecheck instruction) determines whether a value identifying a computer resource is cached in the lock cache and returns a first predetermined value if the value identifying the computer resource is cached in the lock cache. Otherwise, a second predetermined value is returned.

    摘要: Transmission of candidate-sector signalling channels are synchronized to facilitate mobile-assisted handoff (MAHO) measurements by a mobile (125). Transmitters in candidate sectors each transmit their signalling channel at distinct frequencies and at predetermined intervals. The transmission of each signalling channel by each candidate sector transmitter is synchronized to provide a known reference to the mobile (125). When instructed, the mobile (125) need only to perform MAHO measurements at the predetermined intervals in the order and at the frequency instructed.

    摘要: This invention relates to a process for coating a substrate comprising contacting the substrate with a low volatile organics, moisture curable, two-component coating composition comprising an admixture of an A-side and a B-side, said A-side comprising an aliphatic polyisocyanate having an isocyanate index relative to the number of isocyanate-reactive groups in said coating composition of at least about 200, preferably at least about 300, more preferably at least about 500, said B-side comprising a tertiary amine catalyst and optionally an isocyanate-reactive compound selected from the group consisting of monoahls, polyols, imines, oxazolidines, and combinations thereof, said coating composition optionally containing a solvent in an amount of less than about 45%, based upon the weight of the polyisocyanate in said coating composition, said coating composition having a viscosity as measured by ZAHN cup 2 of less than about 200 seconds, said composition being essentially free of any volatile mono- and di-isocyanates, and said composition being moisture curable upon exposure to atmospheric moisture.
