A fuel delivery system comprises a fuel conduit having a gas permeable wall. A gas conduit is in communication with the fuel conduit. Gaseous fuel and liquid fuel are communicated through fuel conduit. Gaseous fuel permeating through the gas permeable wall is captured and channeled by gas conduit. Gaseous fuel may be passed to an air intake manifold and consumed by engine combustion.

The present invention improves the low temperature flow property of a fuel oil having a boiling point of 120.degree.-150.degree. Described embodiments provide a method of effectively selecting a target cell to hand over user equipment from a LTE network to a non-LTE network when the user equipment requests a CS service. A LTE cell may determine a CS fallback hysteresis parameter in advance. The LTE cell may receive signal quality measurements of at least two candidate non-LTE cells from the user equipment. The LTE cell may select one target cell among the at least two candidate non-LTE cells based on the CS fallback hysteresis parameter and the received signal quality measurements of the at least two candidate non-LTE cells.

There is provided a composition for preventing and treating obesity including high water-soluble β-cyclodextrin derivatives as an effective component. Specifically, the composition including the high water-soluble β-cyclodextrin derivatives, especially, 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD, HPBCD) has effects on suppressing an increase in body weight induced by a high fat diet, suppressing appetite through decreasing an amount of dietary intake, decreasing body fat, decreasing liver weight, and significantly decreasing a sharp increase of blood sugar induced by intaking glucose and maltose on an empty stomach so that it can be useful for preventing and treating obesity, preventing and treating various diseases induced by obesity, and suppressing a sharp increase of blood sugar after dinner.

Described embodiments provide controlling signal transmission in a plurality of radio units. The plurality of radio units may be coupled to a digital unit. The digital unit may be spatially separated from the plurality of radio units. Signal quality measurements may be received from multiple radio units when a user equipment is located within an overlapping service area of the multiple radio units. Determination may be made as to whether to simultaneously use at least two of the multiple radio units to transmit a data signal to the user equipment based on the received signal quality measurements. At least two of the multiple radio units may be controlled to transmit a same data signal to the user equipment using a same channel based on the determination result.

To select a serving node to be provided with a service, a Mobile Station (MS) receives relay information provided for serving node selection from at least two nodes and selects a first mode of selecting a node that requires the minimum time for unit data transmission/reception as the serving node or a second mode of selecting a node that can transmit and receive the maximum data per unit time as the serving node, based on the received relay information, in order to select the serving node.

Said constructional unit comprises an electrical unit (3) having respective coils (5) for a plurality of cylinders of the internal combustion engine for actuating a fuel injection valve, said electrical unit having an electric wiring (6) for actuating the coils (5), a plurality of parallel insertion openings (10) that extend coaxially through the coils (5), and a plastic element (9) that is injection-molded on the coils (5) and the wiring (6).
