    摘要: A low coherence enhanced backscattering tomography (LEBT) method is disclosed for depth-selective sensing of the superficial layer of tissue. 3D images of the microarchitecture and molecular conformation of the superficial layer of tissue are obtained. The method combines the high resolution advantage of low coherence light and the high sensitivity advantage of light scattering to tissue structure and composition. Intact tissue can be examined without the need of excision or processing. The method can be applied in in situ measurements. According to the method, 3D images of the nuclear morphology and cellular structure for the superficial layer of the tissue are generated; this is particularly useful in detecting cancer and precancer at the earliest stage of carcinogenesis.

The method includes: receiving, by a first traffic offload function entity, user information of a user equipment sent by a core network device; obtaining, a traffic offload policy and matching the traffic offload policy with the user information; and offloading traffic corresponding to the user equipment according to the user information that successfully matches the traffic offload policy. The traffic offload function entity may obtain the user information and may perform traffic offload according to the user information.

    摘要: A method for maintaining traffic continuity through a Traffic Offload Function (TOF) entity includes the following steps: the TOF entity receives a downlink packet of offload traffic of a User Equipment (UE), where the downlink packet of the offload traffic is sent by a Packet Data Network (PDN); the TOF entity sends a Core Network (CN) paging message to the UE; the TOF entity receives a paging response sent by the UE to the CN, where the paging response includes a service request message of the UE; and the TOF entity forwards the service request message to the CN so that the CN sets up a Radio Access Bearer (RAB) after the service request message is received. With the method, the communication between the CN and the UE can be restored to guarantee the transmission of traffic. Accordingly, a TOF entity is also disclosed according to the present invention.

    摘要: Disclosed is a system and a method for detecting the presence of one or more objects in a turbid medium, the method including: illuminating at least a portion of the turbid medium with incident light having at least one wavelength which interacts with the one or more objects contained in the turbid medium differently than the incident light interacts with the turbid medium; measuring light that emerges from the turbid medium; and detecting and locating the one or more objects using Independent Component Analysis (ICA) of the emergent light from the turbid medium. The present invention is useful for medical applications, such as for finding and locating, a tumor(s) in body organs, or excised tissues. Moreover, the present invention can be used to locate objects in obscuring medium, such as, mines in shallow coastal water, a plane in fog, military targets under fog, smoke or cloud cover.

An amplifier stage is self biased and has input and output clamp circuits that limit its signal swing. Circuit values are selected such that there is sufficient transient load current for the first amplifier stage to oscillate, while at the same time the input and output clamp circuits maintain a sufficiently low swing of the stage such that the steady state average load current is on the order of less than 1 μA.
