The layer is formed into two yoke pieces and a magnetic return path, which form a gap at ends of the yoke pieces. The opposite ends of the yoke pieces are joined to the magnetic return path by overlaying magneto-resistive pieces to which an electrical bias is applied.

    摘要: The detection system for obstruction to vehicle according to the invention comprises a plurality of light emitting elements disposed in the rear of a car, a modulation for emitting modulation lights from the light emitting elements, light receiving elements for receiving the reflected light that the modulation light comes in contact with an external obstruction to reflection, a detection circuit for detecting output signals of the light receiving elements, thus detecting the obstruction from an output of the detection circuit, and a rearward obstruction can be detected securely particularly when the car moves backward, a new light source for obstruction detecting is not particularly required, and thus no area must be prepared for installation.

    摘要: A CMOS output circuit including CMOS inverters, is formed on a semiconductor substrate and N MOS switching transistors are provided. The output circuit is responsive to an external control signal for switching a plurality of reference voltages and delivering them as multiple-level drive signals. The CMOS output circuit furthermore includes PMOS switching circuits connected in parallel with each of a plurality of CMOS transfer gates, CMOS inverters, and N MOS switching transistors for preventing a latch-up phenomenon of the CMOS inverters from being produced. The PMOS switching circuits are on-off controlled by a control signal obtained by converting an amplitude level of an external control signal.
