    摘要: The present invention relates to a thin film lamination to be used in a micro InSb thin film magnetic sensor which can directly detect a magnetic flux density with high sensitivity and has small power consumption and consumption current, and the InSb thin film magnetic sensor. The InSb thin film magnetic sensor uses an InSb thin film as a magnetic sensor section or a magnetic detecting section. The sensor includes an InSb layer that is an InSb thin film formed on a substrate, and an AlxGayIn1-x-ySb mixed crystal layer (0≦x, y≦1) which shows resistance higher than the InSb layer or insulation, or p-type conduction, and has a band gap larger than that of InSb. The mixed crystal layer is provided between the substrate and the InSb layer, and has a content of Al and Ga atoms (x+y) in the range of 5.0 to 17%.

This problem can be solved by an aluminum plating film with aluminum concentration of 98 wt. % or lower, and with a Vickers hardness of 250 or higher. Here, by containing oxygen, carbon, sulfur, and a halogen element as impurities, the hardness becomes higher. The impurity concentration is controlled by adjusting the current density, the plating temperature, or the plating bath composition.

Further, the longitudinal direction of the coil-shape spring is set so as to conform to the direction of face of the brush holder, and thereby the coil-shape spring and the brush are disposed on a substantially identical plane, having a state where the winding portion is placed along the guide and recess portion.

This holographic memory reproduction device comprises: a hologram diffraction ray generation unit which irradiates a first reference ray to the holographic memory and generates a diffraction ray of the first hologram; a hologram generation unit which changes the phase of a second reference ray which may interfere with the diffraction ray of the first hologram and generates a second hologram from the diffraction ray of the first hologram and the second reference ray to which the phase has been changed; a detection unit which detects the intensity distribution of the second hologram; and a processing unit which demodulates the phase modulation signal or the space quadrature amplitude modulation signal on the basis of the intensity distribution.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an extended-life plating solution that allows an aluminum electroplating process to be performed stably for a long period of time, and also a method for forming an aluminum plating film using the same. An aluminum electroplating solution according to the present invention as a means for achieving the object is characterized by comprising 1.5 to 4.0 mol of an aluminum halide per 10.0 mol of dimethyl sulfone and, relative to the aluminum halide, ammonium chloride in a molar ratio of 1/15 to 1/4 or a tetraalkylammonium chloride in a molar ratio of 1/15 to 1/2. The plating solution has improved electrical conductivity and thus has a further advantage in that it allows the formation of a uniform aluminum plating film on a substrate to be plated even when the plating process is performed by a barrel method.
