    摘要： The aim of the invention is to provide a device for duplicating and characterizing nucleic acids almost simultaneously and with a high sample throughput rate. The device consists of a chamber body with a recess whose edge sealingly holds an optically transparent chip. Said chip holds nucleic acids in individual spots on a detection surface. The chamber body is placed on an optically transparent chamber support with a bearing surface, in such a way that a capillary gap, which can be filled with a liquid sample, is formed between the detection surface of the chip facing towards the chamber support and said chamber support. The chamber body is provided with an inlet and an outlet, which are spatially separate from each other, and has a space, which laterally encompasses the chip and which has a gas reservoir. The chamber support is provided with heating elements.

    摘要： Embodiments are directed towards SMS-initiated mobile registration. A mobile device sends an SMS message to a mobile registration device. In response, the mobile registration device generates a random identifier and associates it with the mobile device identifier of the mobile device. Then, the mobile registration device sends a response SMS message to the mobile device, the response SMS message containing a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) to a mobile registration web page, where the URI contains the generated random identifier. The mobile device uses the URI to navigate to the mobile registration web page, where additional registration information is provided. The mobile registration device associates the additional registration information with the mobile device based on the generated random identifier included in the URI, and creates a user account based on the mobile number from which the SMS message was received and the additional registration information.

    摘要： A content router including a repository is provided for synchronizing information among a plurality of dissimilar content nodes, such as user devices and user accounts. Some content nodes may include similar content types but in incompatible forms. The content router may strip off or transform incompatible sections of an incoming command when forming an outgoing command to be sent a content node. The content router may use the repository to hold a section of content related to content sent to a content node where that section is incompatible with the content node. If the content is return, the content router may restore the incompatible section before propagating the content to other content nodes.

    摘要： A device is provided for determining at least one parameter of a medium flowing in a line in a main flow direction, e.g., a parameter of the intake air mass of an internal combustion engine. The device includes a part, which is inserted into the line at a predetermined alignment with respect to the main flow direction in such a way that a partial flow of the medium flowing in the line in the main flow direction flows through at least one measuring channel provided in the part in a first direction from an intake of the measuring channel to an outlet of the measuring channel. The device further includes a measuring element situated in the measuring channel for determining the at least one parameter. Between its intake and its outlet, the measuring channel features at least one channel segment in which a mechanism is located that causes flow vortices in this channel segment, whereby liquid droplets and solid particles are advantageously deposited on the inner wall of the channel before they can reach the measuring element.
