    摘要: A mold-type electronic control unit comprising: a unit body which includes a printed circuit board, a component case which includes an opening opened toward the circuit board and a hole opened toward the opposite side of the opening and is mounted on the circuit board, a first packing which includes a recess portion and a window portion opened inside of the recess portion and is attached so as to close the opening of the component case with the recess portion directed toward the printed circuit board, a pressure sensor housed in the recess portion of the first packing and having a pressure introducing portion exposed in the component case through the window portion, and a second packing mounted on an outer side of the component case; and a resin molded portion covering the unit body, wherein said second packing is used as means for preventing resin from flowing toward the hole of the case when the molded portion is injection molded.

    摘要: A sampler module is disclosed for use in a sampling waveform measurement device that samples subject signals and measures the waveform of the signals. The module is constructed by accommodating within a metal container: a laser diode driver circuit that receives laser drive sampling pulse signals from the outside and supplies pulse drive signals by a gain switching method, a laser diode that receives the drive signals from the LD driver circuit and generates optical probe pulse light, a sampling photoconductor that performs switching in accordance with irradiated light pulses and samples the subject signals, a condenser that focuses optical probe pulse light from the laser diode upon the photoconductor, and cooling temperature control means that maintains the temperature of the laser diode at a fixed temperature.

    摘要: A variable capacitance type encoder for measuring the length of an object to be measured on the basis of detecting the amount of movement of a probe as a function of the variation of electrostatic capacity between a rotary disk which is secured to a shaft and a pair of fixed disks which are secured to a frame body so as to be opposed to the rotary disk. On at least one fixed disk is provided first and second transmitting electrodes composed of a plurality of electrode elements to which voltages of different phases are applied. The rotary disk is provided with first and second receiving electrodes for receiving signals of a common phase by electrostatic coupling with both transmitting electrodes. Each fixed disk is further provided with an output electrode which is electrostatically coupled with the respective receiving electrode.

    摘要: According to the invention, a thin wire 13 is arranged across the laser beam 2, and the change of resistance in the thin wire 13 is measured by a resistance meter 21 while moving the thin wire 13 by a driving mechanism 23, thereby to measure the power of the laser beam or the position of the laser beam. The apparatus can be used for monitoring the power of laser beam or position of the same used in the high-power laser device for processing or the like purpose. According to the invention, it is possible to monitor the power and position of the laser without interrupting the laser beam and without incurring substantial increase of the loss of power of the laser beam.
