摘要： Disclosed is a parallel filtering circuit comprising at least two filters of a depth layer filtering type connected in parallel to each other in conduits showing different fluid resistances respectively, whereby, even when both the filters are clogged with particles of contaminants, the total flow rate may not decrease sharply, so that a preventive measure can be immediately taken before a fatal situation occurs. An orifice may be connected at its inlet to the outlet of the conduit having a smaller fluid resistance and at its outlet to the outlet of the conduit having a having fluid resistance.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a developing unit storage device including a plurality of storage sections capable of storing developing units and a first detection unit for detecting the presence/absence and types of the developing units in the plurality of storage sections, an image forming device which includes a second detection unit for detecting the presence/absence and a type of a developing unit in the image forming device, and can form an image on a recording material using the developing unit conveyed from the developing unit storage device, a communication device for causing the developing unit storage device and the image forming device to exchange data associated with the presence/absence and types of the developing units, a first display device for displaying the presence/absence and types of the developing units on the basis of a detection result by the first detection unit and the data transmitted from the image forming device by the communication device, and a second display device for displaying the presence/absence and types of the developing units on the basis of a detection result by the second detection unit and the data transmitted from the developing unit storage device by the communication device.

摘要： Of an amorphous Si film, a region to be formed into a lowly doped region such as the channel region of an MOS transistor is covered with a mask and an uncovered region is doped with an impurity. After this, the amorphous Si film is annealed and turned to signal crystal through solid phase epitaxial growth, and the mask itself is used as the electrode of a semiconductor device. By this impurity doping, a large-sized single-crystal Si film can be formed, and the impurity doping can be conducted in self-alignment with the electrode formation to produce a highly integrated semiconductor circuit.

摘要： An analog copying apparatus for optically exposing an original and copying it onto an arbitrary copy area on a copy paper has an area designating function and comprises: an image area designating apparatus to designate an arbitrary area on the original; a copy area designating apparatus to designate an arbitrary area on the copy paper; and copying means for copying the image in the image area into the copy area. This copying apparatus further has: an original moving apparatus to move the original on an original plate; a lens moving apparatus to move a lens provided in the optical path in an arbitrary direction; a cassette moving apparatus to move a cassette in which the copy papers are enclosed; and a resist control apparatus to control the resist timing, wherein the image in the image area is copied onto the copy area by means of at least one of or a combination of a plurality of these apparatuses. A copy magnification may be calculated and set from the image area and copy area, and the image in the image area is copied onto the copy area on the basis of this magnification.

摘要： A lock-up control device in which a pulse train is generated which has a duration which increases as the vehicle speed decreases. A counter generates a period indicative signal indicative of a current period of the pulse train. A memory stores the period indicative signal for a preceding period. An adder generates an adder signal indicative of the addition of a preset value to the period indicative signal stored in the memory. A comparator compares the adder signal with the period indicative signal generated by the counter and generates a comparator signal when the former is larger than the latter. A flip-flop generates a flip-flop signal when the comparator signal occurs under the presence of a lock-up signal. An AND gate provides a lock-up release signal when said flip-flop signal occurs irrespective of the presence of the lock-up signal.

摘要： A binding locker is disclosed including a band having a rack of teeth thereon and a socket having a hole for receiving a leading end of the band. A locking member having a plurality of locking teeth thereon is disposed within the socket's hole so that the locking teeth mesh with the engaging teeth of the rack to thereby tie the socket and band together thus binding a plurality of objects such as wires together. The socket hole has a curved surface disposed to face or oppose the locking member and for receiving a mating, oppositely curved surface of the band. Further, the locking member is connected to the socket to be rotatable within the hole and further, has a projection extending oppositely of its locking teeth. An opening is disposed within the socket at substantially right angles with the axis of the socket hole to receive the projection of the locking member. Further, the band has a pair of ribs extending lengthwise therealong between which the rack of teeth extend.
