Abstract: A spray tip comprises a tip body, a tip piece, and a pre-orifice piece. The tip body has a fluid channel along a channel axis (AC). The tip piece is disposed within the fluid channel, and has a stepped, narrowing passage that terminates in an outlet orifice. The pre-orifice piece has an inlet passage, and is disposed within the fluid channel, abutting and immediately upstream of the tip piece. The pre-orifice piece and the tip piece together define a turbulating chamber therebetween.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a fluid dispensing assembly for operable coupling to a fluid supply. The fluid dispensing assembly has an adjustable guide spaced apart from a second end region for guiding the correct placement of the second end region relative a target such that the fluid is dispensed for adequate coverage of the target. The adjustable guide is permitted to selectively and reversibly engage with a locating formation in predetermined position such that an Associate is able to assume an ergonomically-friendly body posture during use. As such, the adjustable guide aims to provide an Associate with a means to dispense fluid at a target at the correct distance and angle relative the target while maintaining their body posture in an ergonomically-friendly position. By utilizing the adjustable guide, the Associate is able to adjust the guide such that a right-hand dominant Associate may address the target in an ergonomically-friendly body position which would otherwise be an ergonomically-friendly body posture for a left-hand dominant Associate and vise versa.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a spray wand holster that is affixable to a sprayer. The holster comprises a main body with a means for affixing the body to a sprayer, a nozzle holder, and a means for clipping the wand a sprayer so that when a sprayer wand nozzle is inserted into the nozzle holder the wand of the sprayer can be clipped to the holster. Abstract: Two components, such as a support tube (4) and handset (2) of a herbicide delivery lance, are interconnected in a manner which provides an electrical connection between leads (56, 38) in the tube (4) and the handset (2) respectively. Fluid communication is also provided between a flexible tube (44) in the tube (4) and a passage (26) of the handset (2). The leads (56) on the tube (4) are connected to two terminal plates (58) situated on the outer surface of the tube (4). These terminal plates (58) move into position opposite bosses (32) on a sleeve (28) provided on the handset when the tube (4) is pushed into the sleeve (28). Screws (40), engaging bushes (36) accommodated in the bosses (32), are then screwed into contact with the terminal plates (58) to secure the tube (4) in position. The screws (40) also complete the electrical circuit between the leads ( 56, 38). One of the components includes a valve (16, FIG. 5) which includes an operating member (110). Displacement of the operating member against the action of a spring (122) not only opens the valve, but also actuates an electrical switch (140).
