Provided is an ultraviolet-curable silicone composition including: (A) a non-terminal epoxy group-containing organopolysiloxane, (B) an organopolysiloxane containing epoxy groups at the two terminals of the molecular chain, and an onium salt photoinitiator capable of generating cations upon irradiation with ultraviolet light. The silicone composition of the present invention yields a cured film that exhibits excellent ultraviolet-curability and can be readily peeled from a pressure-sensitively adhesive material. In particular, the silicone composition yields a cured film that exhibits a tight release force relative to pressure-sensitive adhesives such as acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, and also exhibits minimal fluctuation in the release force.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet including a back surface layer (A), a backing layer (B), and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (C), the back surface layer (A) and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (C) being outermost layers. The back surface layer (A) contains a block polymer formed of a block of a polyolefin and a block of a hydrophilic polymer at a content of 7 to 50 wt %, and the back surface layer (A) contains a releasing agent at a content of 2 to 20 wt %.

The release compositions are dispersed in a solvent system and also contain a catalyst and at least one crosslinker. The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet provided with a non-toluene-based PSA layer and having superior adhesion properties. A PSA sheet 8 is provided with a release liner 87 having, on at least a first side thereof, a release layer composed of a silicone-based release agent, and a PSA layer 85 provided on the release layer. A PSA composition that composes the PSA layer 85 contains a water-dispersed acrylic polymer and a tackifier resin emulsion prepared using a solvent that does not contain an aromatic hydrocarbon-based organic solvent. The release layer has an amount of silicone that transfers to Single-Sided Adhesive Tape No. 31B manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation of 10 kcps or less per unit surface area equivalent to a circle having a diameter of 30 mm when determined as X-ray intensity of silicon by X-ray fluorescence analysis.

The present invention provides an impact-absorbing and sealing sheet having adhesiveness and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides an impact-absorbing and sealing sheet comprising sequentially a release paper, a coating layer on the release paper, a polyurethane layer, and a surface coating layer. The coating layer is formed by coating a side of the release paper with a composition comprising 95 to 99.9 parts by weight of a resin binder which is at least one selected from the group consisting of urethane resin, urethane acryl resin, acryl resin, and acryl silicon resin; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a powder additive which is at least one selected from the group consisting of barium sulfuric acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, talc, and silica. Furthermore, the present invention provides a preparation method of an impact-absorbing and sealing sheet which comprises preparing a release paper; forming a coating layer on the release paper by coating a side of the release paper with a composition; forming a polyurethane layer by coating the coating layer on the release paper with polyurethane; and forming a surface coating layer on the polyurethane layer.
