摘要: A method of making a bijel includes dispersing surface-active nanoparticles in a ternary liquid mixture. The ternary liquid mixture includes a hydrophilic liquid, a hydrophobic liquid, and a solvent. The ternary liquid mixture is contacted with water. A bijel includes a stable mixture of two immiscible liquids separated by an interfacial layer of colloidal particles. The bijel has temperature-independent stability, and the domain sizes are below one micrometer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing alternating copolymer macromonomer and a synthesis method thereof. The synthesis method comprises steps of: subjecting a fluorine-containing alternating copolymer to a reduction reaction at 60-100° C. in an organic solvent in the presence of a reducing agent and a first catalyst to obtain a reduction product; in the presence of a second catalyst, reacting the reduction product with a mercapto-monohydric alcohol in an organic solvent at 60-100° C., to obtain a hydroxyl-terminated fluorine-containing alternating copolymer; and in the presence of a third catalyst, reacting the hydroxyl-terminated fluorine-containing alternating copolymer with an acrylic monomer or acryloyl chloride monomer at 0-30° C., to obtain the fluorine-containing alternating copolymer macromonomer. In the present invention, a fluorine-containing alternating copolymer macromonomer is initially synthesized from a fluorine-containing alternating copolymer through polymer modification.

摘要: Provided herein are processes for the generation of composite polymer materials utilizing a single resin. The processes utilize diffusion between a region undergoing a polymerization reaction preferentially polymerizing one monomer component and an unreactive region. Diffusion and subsequent/concurrent polymerization results in a higher concentration of the more reactive monomer component in the reacting region and a higher concentration of the less reactive monomer components in the unreactive region. The unreactive region may be later polymerized. In embodiments, photopolymerization is used and the regions are generated by a mask or other mechanism to pattern the light.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer, the method including a step of injecting an ionizable normal salt and polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer in the presence of one or more emulsifiers and a polymerization initiator, wherein the ionizable normal salt includes a carbonate metal salt or a sulfite metal salt, and the ionizable normal salt is continuously injected in an amount of 70 to 1200 ppm based on the total weight of the vinyl chloride monomer when a polymerization conversion rate is in a range of 0% to 20%. The method capable of preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer suitable as an eco-friendly material, while not affecting the rate of polymerization reaction and decreasing the generation amount of total volatile organic compounds by controlling the injection time, injection amount and kind of the ionizable normal salt, is provided.
