摘要: Controlling integral energy of a light pulse in a fluorescence imaging system is disclosed. A system includes an emitter for emitting pulses of electromagnetic radiation and an image sensor comprising a pixel array for sensing reflected electromagnetic radiation. The system includes an electromagnetic sensor for sensing energy emitted by the emitter. The system includes a controller configured to synchronize timing of the emitter and the image sensor. The system is such that at least a portion of the pulses of electromagnetic radiation emitted by the emitter comprises electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength from about 770 nm to about 790 nm and/or from about 795 nm to about 815 nm.

摘要: An apparatus for acquiring an image includes an image sensor, a light compensator, and a light filter assembly. The image sensor is on a light output side of the light filter assembly, and is configured to generate and output a first image signal and a second image signal by a plurality of exposures. The first image signal is generated according to a first preset exposure and the second image signal is generated according to a second preset exposure, and they are two of the plurality of exposures. The light compensator includes a first light compensation apparatus, the first light compensation apparatus is configured to perform near-infrared light compensation, and the near-infrared light compensation is performed in at least part of an exposure period of the first preset exposure but is not performed in an exposure period of the second preset exposure.

The pixel unit includes a first full-pixel dual-core focus pixel and a second full-pixel dual-core focus pixel. The first pixel is composed of at least one red sub-pixel, at least one green sub-pixel, and at least one blue sub-pixel. The second pixel includes at least one of a red sub-pixel or a blue sub-pixel, a green sub-pixel, and an infrared sub-pixel.

摘要: A dual mode camera may have a camera module and a light source. The camera module may include a quasi-bandpass filter for passing visible light and passing an attenuated portion of near-infrared light to an image sensor for detection. A processor may determine an ambient lighting condition corresponding with an amount of ambient visible light detected by a photodetector. In response to a first ambient lighting condition, the processor may send a first control signal to an encoder to encode image data in monochrome, and another signal to activate a light source. In response to a second ambient lighting condition, the processor may send a second control signal to the encoder to encode image data in color. The light source may emit a band of near-infrared light corresponding with an atmospheric absorption band. The quasi-bandpass filter may attenuate a portion of near-infrared light corresponding with the same atmospheric absorption band.

摘要: The disclosed imaging device includes pixels each including a photoelectric convertor, a focus controller controlling a focal position of light, and a pixel controller controlling charge accumulation in the photoelectric convertors and readout of signals from the pixels. The pixels include a first pixel outputting signal corresponding to light in a first wavelength band and a second pixel outputting signal corresponding to light in a second wavelength band. The pixel controller executes, during one frame, a first period of accumulating charge in the photoelectric convertor of the first pixel in a state that the light in the first wavelength band is focused on, a second period of accumulating charge in the photoelectric convertor of the second pixel in a state that the light in the second wavelength band is focused on, and a third period of reading out signals corresponding to amount of charge generated in the photoelectric convertors.

The camera also includes an imager having pixel sensors arranged in a matrix and a color filter matrix including multiple color filter elements, each corresponding to a pixel sensor of the imager. The color filter matrix includes red filter elements and yellow filter elements and the number of yellow filter elements is greater than the number of red filter elements.

The semiconductor layer includes a device surface opposite the semiconductor substrate. A visible light photodiode is formed at the device surface. An infrared photodiode is also formed at the device surface and in proximity to the visible light photodiode. A textured region is coupled to the infrared photodiode and positioned to interact with electromagnetic radiation.
