    摘要: Fixed amounts of granular and granulated seasonings are dispensed from a rotatable disc that lies flat or horizontal and which includes a through-hole or void. The void is gravity-filled with granulated seasonings from a hole in the bottom of a hopper. A screen below the disc is formed to have open, through-holes and a solid land. The void in the disc fills with granules when the void is beneath a hole in the hopper but over a solid land thus preventing granules to spill through the disc. Rotation of the disc moves the void away from the land, allowing granules in the void to fall through holes in the screen. A gasket provides a seal between the disc and the hopper. The disc is rotated back and forth around its axis by vertical movement of an actuator about the horizontal hinge.

    摘要: The present invention provides methods for forming images in positive- or negative-tone chemically amplified photoresists. The methods of the present invention rely on the vertical up-diffusion of photoacid generated by patternwise imaging of an underlayer disposed on a substrate and overcoated with a polymer containing acid labile functionality. In accordance with the present invention, the vertical up-diffusion can be the sole mechanism for imaging formation or the methods of the present invention can be used in conjunction with conventional imaging processes.

    摘要: A transceiver module has an interface surface and is received within a cage. The cage has a cage latch that retains the transceiver module. The transceiver module has a ramp, an actuator and a release handle. The ramp is located on the interface surface of the transceiver module and has a ramp surface that slopes away from the interface surface of the transceiver module and toward the cage latch. The actuator is adjacent the interface surface of the transceiver module and is configured to be movable on the ramp surface. The release handle is mounted on the transceiver module and is coupled to the actuator. Rotating the release handle in a first direction causes the actuator to move along the ramp surface toward the cage latch thereby moving the cage latch away from the interface surface. Rotating the release handle in a second direction causes the actuator to move along the ramp surface toward the interface surface and away from the cage latch.

    摘要: A disk drive actuator assembly adapted for assembly in one of several configurations from a single line of modular components without a manually-supervised aligning step. The actuator improves manufacturability and inertia by introducing a common set of self-aligning modular piece parts. Each of several self-aligning modular components can be used to assemble any of several different actuator assembly designs. That is, a head-stack assembly (HSA) providing from one to six heads can be assembled using elements selected from single set of standardized modular components. The assembly process relies entirely on the self-aligning features of the standardized modular components, thereby eliminating the elaborate and error-prone manual assembly and alignment procedures known in the art.

    摘要: An integrated laser-based light source that generates an output light beam having a controlled intensity. The light source comprises a light sensor, a laser, a convex beam-splitting surface, and a package that includes a header. The light sensor generates an electrical signal representing an intensity of light energy falling on it, and is mounted on the header. The laser has one and only one light-emitting face from which a light beam is radiated as a radiated light beam. The laser is mounted in the package adjacent the light sensor with the light-emitting face substantially parallel to the light-receiving face of the light sensor. The convex beam-splitting surface reflects a fraction of the radiated light beam towards the light sensor as a reflected light beam, and transmits the remainder of the radiated light beam as the output light beam. The convex beam-splitting surface is supported in the radiated light beam by the package.
