Abstract:
A transport system within a fabrication system. The fabrication system contains a plurality of tool bays, each of which has a plurality of processing tools for processing articles. The transport system contains a plurality of intrabay transport subsystems, an interbay transport subsystem, a plurality of stockers, and at least one linking subsystem. Each intrabay transport subsystem is dedicated to transporting articles within a particular tool bay. The interbay transport subsystem, linking the tool bays, transports articles between the tool bays. The stockers, located between the intrabay and interbay transport subsystems, store articles between processing and transfer articles between the intrabay and interbay transport subsystems. The linking subsystem, located between two adjacent intrabay transport subsystems, provides direct transport between the two corresponding tool bays.
Abstract:
A method for forming a cross-linking photoresist layer is provided. The method includes steps of providing a photoresist layer; activating the photoresist layer with a light provided by a light source; and putting the photoresist layer in a vapor of a cross-linking agent to form the cross-linking photoresist layer.
Abstract:
A moveable holder structure for the foot pedal of a drum having a base seat pivotally mounted with an urging element, one end of the foot pedal corresponding to the urging element being a locking bolt which urges the base seat such that the other end of the urging element is fastened to the drum edge, characterized in that the urging element, corresponding to one end of the drum edge, is pivotally mounted with a moveable block, and the end portion of the urging element is provided with two corresponding protruded lugs having a long slot, the two sides at the top of the moveable block form into a circular protruded block which is adapted to the long slot, thereby a moveable holder structure for foot pedal of a drum which can be easily combined is obtained.
Abstract:
A method of planarizing a photoresist coating for a semiconductor device having a plurality of trenches including providing a first layer of photoresist over the plurality of trenches wherein the layer has a thickness and the photoresist is a positive-type photoresist, exposing the first layer to light having a predetermined energy, developing the exposed first layer wherein a portion of the first layer remains within the plurality of trenches, and providing a second layer of photoresist over the developed first layer.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for making the bottom electrode of a buried capacitor, which is characterized by protecting the non-bottom electrode region with a LPD oxide layer to prevent the impurities within the doped Si glass remaining in non-bottom electrode region from driving into the substrate during annealing, thus non-desired diffusing region connecting to the bottom electrode will be generated. Consequently, the leakage current existing in conventional buried capacitor will be effectively reduced according to the method of this present invention.
Abstract:
A shifter on a handlebar for operating a derailleur cable of a bicycle derailleur mechanism includes an actuating ring connected to an end of the derailleur cable and received in a frame on the handlebar. A resilient plate extends tangentially from the actuating ring and is engaged with one of dents in the frame. A operation sleeve is mounted to a tube of the frame and connected to the actuating ring so that when rotating the operation sleeve, the actuating ring is rotated and the cable is pulled, while a distal end of the resilient plate is moveably and engaged with one of the dents to provide the rider a clear positioning feature of the gear changing.
Abstract:
A method and system is disclosed for scheduling data download, such as web pages, databases or softwares, over a network such as the internet. The method includes the steps of (a) initiating the data download request and the user input interfaces; saving the requesting computer system's network address; (b) fetching and saving those web pages, databases or softwares' source entities and their corresponding network addresses for the upcoming data download; (c) fetching and saving from the user's input on the schedules, user ids and passwords, disk directories, limits on bandwidth, downloading time and allocated storage space for the data download; (d) setting the system timer at the wake-up time according to the data download schedules; (e) automatically turning on the requesting computer system according to the system timer and dialing up to connect to the network; (f) accessing the download data's network address and transmitting the data to the requesting computer system; (g) receiving and storing the requested web pages, databases or softwares in the requesting computer system; (h) interrupting a particular data downloading if the downloading time exceeding the user's earlier input downloading time limit or if the allocated download storage space reached the user specified limit; (i) automatically disconnecting from the network; (j) automatically rescheduling the data download in some other time if the previous data download is not successful or the network is too busy; (k) automatically turning off the requesting computer system. In this manner the requester doesn't need to keep the requesting computer system power on till the upcoming download actvities.
Abstract:
Hair circle for conjugal affection is described. The circle consists of a base member of elastic material having a plurality of mutually spaced round holes extending radially therethrough. A tuft of soft hair extends through each hole with a single tuft extending through a pair of holes. The hair tufts are secured by a adherent film coated on the inner surface of the base member. The tufts may be arranged in rows longitudinally, transverse, or in triangular shapes and the base member can have a cross-section which is rectangular, semicircular, elliptical, or substantially circular.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a semiconductor substrate structure for use in a semiconductor substrate stack system is presented. The method includes a semiconductor substrate which includes a front-face, a backside, a bulk layer, an interconnect layer that includes a plurality of inter-metal dielectric layers sandwiched between conductive layers, a contact layer that is between the bulk layer and the interconnect layer, and a TSV structure commencing between the bulk layer and the contact layer and terminating at the backside of the substrate. The TSV structure is electrically coupled to the interconnect layer and the TSV structure is electrically coupled to a bonding pad on the backside.
